Printer was better than expected. Good value for the money and very easy to set-up. Also prints very quickly.

I needed a high speed wireless printer with fax capabilities at an affordable price. There are many printers to choose from at a wide array of prices, however, after carefully reviewing many in the $100-$160 price range, the HP 8710 had all the features I was looking for, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The HP Office Jet 8710 is a solid print for office or home. It has all the standard features you expect including a fast print rate and ease of setup. The print footprint is a little large so check your designated space prior to purchase. Very important to check with BB customer service about company specials since the sale reps either will not no or don't tell you.

I've used all the functions of the printer so far except for the fax. I love it! I also got the instant ink subscription and I couldn't be happier. One thing that I've always struggled with is the cost of ink and now I don't have to worry about that. I have gone through 3 printers in the past year because I don't like one thing or another but I haven't found anything to complain about with this one. I've printed pictures, documents, and labels and they've all come out amazing. It's also pretty fast compared to the Epson printer I had previously. I also like the fact that it was very easy to set up with my wifi and connect to our 2 laptops and our desktop. Definitely recommend it!

I bought this printer because of the unbelievable deal that was on the it. It's a little bulky, but it has everything that you can want in a printer (wireless, multi-page scanner, fast printing, etc.). Would definitely recommend this printer as I've had no issues thus far and am very satisfied!

After reading some reviews, especially non-BestBuy reviews, I was a bit nervous. Printers seem to be an iffy product. But I'm pleasantly surprised. For my purposes, it's fast; text & color quality is good on a small variety of papers. So far, photo is acceptable, not like a photo shop, but acceptable. I need to try a better paper. Able to print on 4x6 cards was great for a project. Ink does seem to be more expensive but, all store bought ink is expensive to me. So far, the instant ink program seems to help & is very convenient. I don't know how I would feel if I printed a lot, like a business. Cartridges too new for remanufactured market. Not any louder than my previous HP printer. Copying is good, I like the double-sided printing, copying- haven't done scanning yet. Don't use FAX (does anybody anymore?). My main growl is that it's big, at least 30-40% bigger than my old HP 6500. All-in-all, I'll be very happy if this printer continues to do this well for as long as my old one, about 8 yrs.

Wonderful printer scanner fax easier to use than our last HP but bigger. Anyway we love it!

This printer has worked well for us. We have used the printer, copier & scanner. We have printed good quality photos, & printed flyers as well as scanned documents to send in emails. It is also easy to change out the individual ink cartridges. The wireless feature to print from any device has been the best feature for our family.

I got this printer on sale. After getting it home I felt is was big size for a home printer, but decided to test it out before returning it. I like that it has its own email address (that can be customized) so I can email and print things from anywhere. Nice for my son's college work. Prints pictures well. Has a phone app that works with several other apps such as dropbox, onenote, onedrive, google drive, and shows ink levels and things like that too (all in one place on one app) Can use insta ink...seems to be a good deal ... I enrolled but haven't had to use it yet. Ink loads from front with its own easy to reach compartment. Easy access in back for paper jams. You can take a picture with your phone and scan to printer. It can connect and print from facebook...but I don't need that so haven't tried. So its bigger than I would like for my home but I like a lot of the features and for the price I got it for it was a great deal.

I was out to look for an all-in-one printer to replace my old Kodak printer as the inkheads were constantly drying out. I researched multiple reviews before arriving to the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. As an architecture student, I wanted a convenient all-in-one printer that could help me scan and archive documents and drawings and be able to print high quality photo images. I have used the printer for a month so far and have no problems thus far with it, and the HP Ink plan is super convenient saving me money and time. There are also some videos online that show the print quality and I can attest to the fact that this printer does exactly as shown on videos (provided you have the right paper). My only concern about this printer is that it is a bigger size upgrade from my previous printer and the scanner is a bit loud. Other than that, I would recommend getting this printer, especially when it goes on sale.
