I originally ordered this laptop without the solid state drive. The McAfee software wasn't removed as requested and it was a total virus which caused the computer to crash out and become a lemon. I brought that computer in to be looked at, and the team suggested returning it as HP had requested that previous model to be scrapped. THIS computer with the 128gb SSD works wonderfully and I am soooo happy with it. I purchased this laptop because my 2 year old 19inch HP Omen is a little impractical for school! The computer boots up in a few seconds, and doesn't freeze or crash. I only have two complaints about this computer: 1. No backlit keyboard to make working at night easier 2. Location of the Power button is on the left middle side of the computer verses the BACK left where it belongs! If I'm not careful my thigh will turn the computer off when the laptop is in my lap. Overall, this is a great little buy for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable computer for work or school.

The 14” computer is great for college! I love that I can carry it in my backpack with ease. Battery life is also great!!

Not the cheapest but not the most expensive hardware on the market, it runs extremely smooth. I do work from home frequently and the system helps make that easy. The touchscreen allows me to quickly navigate around and the performance is not bad. I play the occasional heroes of the storm match and it runs very well and I’m able to enjoy the game. Overall a pretty solid computer so far, would recommend it for anyone looking and is in the budget.

I like my new computer & all of its options. Price was right ! Love the fact I can use my fingers to draw.

I bought this laptop with the intention of using it for school. So far it seems to be holding up pretty well. I have not had any problems with it not having enough storage for programs I have had to download. On top of this, it hasn’t had issues with running slow. Seems to be good enough for school so far! Plus, I have the added bonus of it being small enough to not fall off the tiny desks we get in our auditorium-style classrooms.

This computer is amazing. Easy to setup and easy to use, The only things that i don't like on it are that the keyboard doesn't light up, the letters on the keys are fading pretty fast, and the power button is on the side of the computer. When i pickup the computer, i sometimes hit the power button and my computer goes to sleep. The touch screen is accurate and I love that i can flip the screen to make it into a tablet. I also downloaded the phone companion and so i can text for my computer.

I love this laptop so much it’s super easy to carry around and it’s not heavy, and I love that it has a touchscreen, I so use the touchscreen a lot on mine! Over all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a wonderful computer!

This unit is excellent for the used I am given. I used this to look in to electronics blueprints and the features of the tablet in the unit makes easy the viewing of such complex print. Since they are also interacting and in color the touch screen comes handy and the vertical view made for the areas I can see do to size. I am impressed and happy with this all in one computer!

Have been using this Pavilion X360 for a few weeks now. This laptop starts up quickly and the 14” display is sharp and clear. Keyboard has a good feel and the mouse pad is really responsive and good to work with. Overall a very good machine, slim, lightweight and sleek looking machine. The price is better than any other alternative out there in the market. Disable Win 10S and ran the laptop as Win10 home.

Love my little HP laptop - I use it mainly for sewing and crafting programs/storage and take it with me everywhere. Lightweight and durable. Wish I had gotten more storage capacity but the external hard drives are so compact and portable that it's just as well to use them. Also could use more than one USB input but....

My son wanted a convertible laptop when he started college instead of a MacBook. Picked this up on sale at BestBuy and it has exceeded my expectations. I added another 8GB of memory and it’s been pretty much flawless. As I suspected he doesn’t use it in tablet mode very much but it’s available to him. He says he does use the touchscreen functionality a good bit.

Excellent price. Last long and speed is still good.
