Super fast. This is the best laptop I've owned yet and I have had more than a few. It's quick, light weight, has a long battery life, I can use my Roku TV as a monitor connecting to it wirelessly. What's not to love. This is a great product and we're looking for another one for my wife. Good job HP.

Needed for my son’s upcoming junior year of high school....also bought Microsoft office...perfect for what he needed it for... processing is plenty fast and came with everything he wanted and needed without having to pay for a bunch of extras / upgrades.... touch screen is great

Quick, does all the simple things great. Obviously not as powerful as the larger models, but gets things done. Touch screen works great, monitor could use a touch more brightness and color. Battery died just under a year of ownership, was replaced under warranty. Could use some upgrades, larger hard drive for example.

This is easy to use as long as you use it with internet to get started. And use the pin to log on it makes things so much easier. Also if you can purchase the warranty through best buy..if not they will not help you at all. I learned the hard way...and I'm glad my son and husband are computer savvy..

As of this writing: Graphics while in Tablet mode are not always the best - 4.49 out of 5 for graphics while in Tablet mode. The fan gets a bit warm - haven’t determined if it is do to any specific Process. Over all 4.75 out of 5 experience for me. I love it as an out of the box under $500 option!!

Awesome 2n1 perfect speed great sound and long battery life

Bought this to run a program to tune my car and it ended up being a lot better than I had ever expected. My only criticism is the stupid windows 10 being locked to Microsoft programs only but after unlocking it and voiding the protection it works amazingly well for the money.

I bought this laptop because I need that has multiple tabs and downloaded school stuff. I’m thankful that this laptop has also a touch screen. This laptop has a good battery life which I can’t complain about. The only thing I wish this laptop has is the light keyboards. Then I would of put 5 stars in it! Overall great laptop

I had purchased this Laptop seven weeks ago and finally feel comfortable with it. I love the touch screen feature that make this product more efficient to work with and the flip back that its easy to be mobile around my house. This laptop is a great buy for my office type needs.

It lasted exactly 2 years and 4 days…just 5 days after our extended warranty. However, it was used EVERY DAY by a teenager. We cannot complain. It served it’s purpose for online school and streaming as needed.

I use the computer when I travel because it is lighter than my other HP computer and operates like my other HP computer so I don't have to learn how to access the programs I use on my other HP computer. It would be nice if the computer had more memory in it, otherwise I am pleased with the computer.

I love the size and weight of this laptop. It was purchased just for a class that took place in the middle of my vacation. I wanted something basic and portable and this was it! The touchscreen is finicky at times but worked perfectly for what I needed it for.

I really like this little guy. The screen folds all the way back so it can be used like at tablet. It is nice and small which means I can easily transport it and I have not had any issues with it. It is a great laptop for casual home use.

Purchased over half a year ago. Solid laptop. No complaints. All the features came in handy for the impromptu online classes. Working well even though I have it almost maxed out on space because of photos. Light enough to travel with.

I just needed a laptop for traveling. This one is great for that. Its just the right size for carrying on a airplane. I haven't gone on a trip with it yet, so I hope it does what it says. The battery life is not the greatest but so far so good.

I bought this laptop to replace my old HP Pavilion that I spilled coffee on twice. (Geeks helped with that) I like this new one. It is smaller but does a great job. It is always hard to change, but I am getting used to it now. Price was right.

This is a good computer. I only have two complaints -- the touchpad is more sensitive than I am used to, so I get some occasional errors when my hand unintentionally touches the pad; and for some reason, the "page down" key in Facebook sometimes stops working correctly. It isn't a huge problem, and it is easily worked around, but it is annoying. Other than that, it is fast and does everything that I want.

Bought this for my wife to use in her daily web surfing, shopping, email, facebook, etc. After a month of constant use, she is still extremely happy with it. Have taken it on road trips and it is easy to transport and even use in the car.

My Daughter loves this laptop! She can do research in library and use it all day in class without worrying about the battery running down. Lightweight to carry in her backpack walking around campus. Does everything she needs it to do!
