Ordering process was easy. Shipping to my local store was quick. Arrived a day earlier than expected for pickup. Packed very well with extra padding. Setup was extremely user friendly. Several free trials as well as antivirus came with it. Battery life is good. Screen display is nice and size is adequate for a basic laptop. Processor is quick for what we intend to use it for (basic business & online sales) This is a nice lil gadget that won’t break the bank. We’d def recommend.

I bought this laptop a week ago specific testing if it can hold huge load of databases I am currently work on, with i5, 16gig I was not sure but give it a try considering the price was very reasonable. So far, I'm pleased and can recommend it. I give it 4 stars because a week is short time to give it a 5.

I purchased a refurbished hp ProBook laptop from best buy. They have so many options , which was amazing and also very helpful when i couldn't decide. So far I can say if anyone is looking at getting a new laptop, I strongly suggest giving a joy systems refurbished laptop a try, My laptop looks and works like its brand-new, but i didn't have to pay the price of a brand new one!! They seem to care about the product they put their names on and they care about their customers having a positive experience with them. I would recommend to my friends, family, coworkers, and i guess anyone because i feel they're honest and take care of their customers.

I was sent a laptop, not knowing it was coming from my third-party with very poor reviews of sending out computers that don’t even work. I thought it was coming directly from Best Buy. I get it and noticed that it would not update correctly. I knew from that moment that computer was not checked out at all. It wasted my time to me that is deceptive trade practices. You need to inform customers it is not from Best Buy.. The computer was shipped in plastic wrap without the original boxing and paperwork. That is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.

I ordered the Probook 645 G5 14" laptop with 16gb of memory and intel core i5. So far the laptop runs smoothly, it is refurbished, looks brand new in really good condition. I use this laptop for my computer science class and was able to download python and visual studio and use them effortlessly. The battery charge is the standard 4 to 8 hours. The laptop does charge fast. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Upgraded from an old 2019 dell laptop and this computer is very fast. Good customization and the picture quality is great. The trim around the screen looks a bit dated, and it’s a bit clunky and heavy, but otherwise a great computer for the price. The keys feel smooth and you’d never know it was a refurbished computer.

I wanted a laptop to use in law school and I decided on this one because it had a good processor, decent memory, and was well within my budget. I had minimal expectations as I mainly planned to use it for classes and writing papers. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this laptop! First off, I would have never known it was refurbished because it was in immaculate condition. Secondly, this thing went above and beyond what I needed. It has never once struggled or lagged. In fact, I can even play video games without issue! Very glad I made this purchase!

Yes, it is refurbished. But I was impressed how clean and new it looks. After using this for a while I have no issues. It charges super-fast. I checked big discount store prices and this refurbished laptop offers the best bang for the buck. no regrets.

Great laptop for travel. I liked 8th core i5 with 16GB Memory-Intel UHD Graphics 620- 1/2 TB SSD and I like the silver cover. Best of all I liked the price $309. I also liked the VGA port so that I can use my older monitors
