Ordering process was easy. Shipping to my local store was quick. Arrived a day earlier than expected for pickup. Packed very well with extra padding. Setup was extremely user friendly. Several free trials as well as antivirus came with it. Battery life is good. Screen display is nice and size is adequate for a basic laptop. Processor is quick for what we intend to use it for (basic business & online sales) This is a nice lil gadget that won’t break the bank. We’d def recommend.

I purchased a refurbished hp ProBook laptop from best buy. They have so many options , which was amazing and also very helpful when i couldn't decide. So far I can say if anyone is looking at getting a new laptop, I strongly suggest giving a joy systems refurbished laptop a try, My laptop looks and works like its brand-new, but i didn't have to pay the price of a brand new one!! They seem to care about the product they put their names on and they care about their customers having a positive experience with them. I would recommend to my friends, family, coworkers, and i guess anyone because i feel they're honest and take care of their customers.

I bought this laptop a week ago specific testing if it can hold huge load of databases I am currently work on, with i5, 16gig I was not sure but give it a try considering the price was very reasonable. So far, I'm pleased and can recommend it. I give it 4 stars because a week is short time to give it a 5.

I was sent a laptop, not knowing it was coming from my third-party with very poor reviews of sending out computers that don’t even work. I thought it was coming directly from Best Buy. I get it and noticed that it would not update correctly. I knew from that moment that computer was not checked out at all. It wasted my time to me that is deceptive trade practices. You need to inform customers it is not from Best Buy.. The computer was shipped in plastic wrap without the original boxing and paperwork. That is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.

Upgraded from an old 2019 dell laptop and this computer is very fast. Good customization and the picture quality is great. The trim around the screen looks a bit dated, and it’s a bit clunky and heavy, but otherwise a great computer for the price. The keys feel smooth and you’d never know it was a refurbished computer.

I purchased this computer for under $250 (after taxes). This refurbished laptop came in pristine condition, looking essentially unused and of higher quality and specs than others in this price range. There were no scratches, additional packaging to ensure that none happened in transit. It was in better condition than I frequently see with refurbished and/or open-box items. When setting the computer up the same day, I encountered an issue during windows updates, where the unit BSOD during updates. However, after resuming, it worked as normal so it is difficult to determine if it is PC related or Windows update related. Now it has been a month since the purchase and it has crashed due to a memory failure recently when my daughter was using it to play Roblox. I am observing it closely and will be reviewing Minidump files and seeing if it was application based or hardware related. Having had terrible refurbished products in the past, the experience with this one is significantly better. That said, I'm watching to determine if the issues we saw are related to the hardware. I did purchase the extended full replacement warranty in case it turns out to have poor longevity. Overall, given the frequency of use my my 10 year old and her minimal understanding of how to make computers run optimally (like closing background processes and applications), this computer has done an "okay" job. I would give it closer to 3.5 out of 5, as I've had $2,500 computers have similar frequencies of issues related to Microsoft and Intel, not the laptop itself.

I was in desperate need of a laptop that could close and not be stuck in a death loop, and this fit the bill. The seller shipped quickly and I received it ahead of the expected delivery date. The laptop itself has a clear screen and is physically perfect except for two small chips on the edge that took me three days to notice. The laptop booted up perfectly and is responsive to commands with no lag. I’ve installed the programs I need and there is still no lag. It connects easily to my other devices as needed and I’m extremely pleased with this computer. Whoever refurbished it did a great job.

My computer is been working excellent, I haven’t had any problem with it, it works fast and I love it, is not heavy and I can carry it in my bag.. Simple and easy

I am very happy with the HP ProBook 640 G5 and am amazed about it’s speed and screen clarity. It has the right RAM for my purposes and storage capacity. I like the speaker volume and am happy with the slider that allows you to shut off the camera lens at the top. It has been a pleasure to set up this unit for my purposes. I will be using this unit to work with my robotics hobby. Thank you.

Great laptop for travel. I liked 8th core i5 with 16GB Memory-Intel UHD Graphics 620- 1/2 TB SSD and I like the silver cover. Best of all I liked the price $309. I also liked the VGA port so that I can use my older monitors

I ordered the Probook 645 G5 14" laptop with 16gb of memory and intel core i5. So far the laptop runs smoothly, it is refurbished, looks brand new in really good condition. I use this laptop for my computer science class and was able to download python and visual studio and use them effortlessly. The battery charge is the standard 4 to 8 hours. The laptop does charge fast. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

My laptop arrived quickly and in secure packaging. It looks to be in great shape and the startup process was quick. It’s heavier than I thought, but it also feels very sturdy. The specs checked every box and it’s a good deal. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

plenty of speed for a non gamer. 4 hrs battery and best backlit I have had compared to several. Used extraneous DVD drive to download office xp which is fine for me.

My lap top came early which was awesome because I was on a time crunch! It works perfectly, stays charged for hours and looks brand new out of the box! I am very pleased and would order again.
