Customer Ratings & Reviews

So far so good. Wemt seamless. Just had to move the wire 4 the mouse and figure out the sound system from my old computer to hook up. Best desk top ever 4 me. Did order a wrong adapter cable 4 it. But second 1 was good. Still a lot cheaper eating a cable from ebay then getting a tech out. Restored by Microsoft so you will need an account or have to create 1. Had issues back some a bit with best buy but last 3 or 4 years good. Just follow the emails and respond as needed and maybe you will only be at the store 4 about 5 minutes like me. Take your time. Haste makes waste but it can prevent errors and problems. A lot easier then getting comcast in, but all done now. From what I can see so far - why would anybody not go the refurbished route.

I can't BELIEVE what I found when I unboxed my computer tower. I could hear pieces rattling around inside the machine. I should have boxed it back up and refused to accept it but curiosity got the better of me. I opened the computer shell and the fan shroud fell out in two pieces and the hard drive fell into my lap. I had planned on upgrading with some parts I have on hand anyway so I reassembled the machine and it actually does work. Is this the kind of careless workmanship you get when you order special made equipment on line? This is no way to sell a product.

It is a refurbished one but very updated. Only thing I did not care for was that the desk top was an older model so my new monitor could not be hooked up to the desk top. I needed to purchase an older cable to connect the new model I purchased for this desk top. You can not use the USB cable that was provided. Other than that, it is a good fit to my needs.

Had problems with adding music because the system would not allow very much to be put on music folder. I had to download a music storage system. No disc drive so had to purchase a separate one. Does not come with windows system for Word/PP/Outlook/etc and you have to purchase 365 system online.

I've been using it to keep up with my streaming and emulating, as well as doing various work related things on it. Had it for about a month and no issues so far, although, the fan is a bit loud.

Great product for my needs. Came on time and has been great.

Great price and full of functions. Exactly what I need for a home computer that not used for business or anything sophisticated

I needed a good computer with a decent amount of ram. And this was a bargain price

ordered online. Didn't know it didn't come with a dvd. I had to buy an external Dvd driver

I received this refurbished computer today and when I turned it on there was a loud grinding noise in the hard drive. I don't know what it is, but it's so loud something is definitely wrong with it! I'm going to have to drive to the nearest store to return it. Also, it didn't occur to me to check to see if wifi is available on this computer, and it's not! What kind of computer doesn't provide wifi in 2021?? Disappointed with this purchase. On the plus side, the shipping was super fast and it arrived two days ahead of schedule.

When I got this in the mail and tried to turn it on it never turned on. I took it back to Best Buy for an easy return and bought a brand new computer.

Gets the job done. Easy to install (with Geek Squad help). A little bigger than I'd hoped.

I was surprised that there was no DVD. Fortunately I had a portable one which I got when my old computer was falling apart.

I bought this for my sister. Not a bad PC for the price. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a CD or USB drive. However, we picked both up at Best Buy for about $35 total.

I did not realize that there is no CD/DVD player on this unit. Otherwise works great.

Computer died about 20 minutes into using it. The BIOS crapped out and it would not boot up at all.

Not as described. Says wifi. Umm no. Thanks best buy. Second computer ill be returning. Thaanks for nothing.

windows 10 is great didn't really notice the update but very fast , glad i came to you and it is worth every penny

Just what was needed. Small footprint yet very powerful. More power than the desktop its replacing. I will purchase more when the need arises.

Great computer for a resonance price! I love finding a refurbished product knowing it’s backed by Best Buy!
