This computer works smooth but once my programs were added on there was not enough room on the hard drive. I just bought the wrong one. It would have been fine if I thought more about the room on the hard drive.

To low memory, by the time all the updates were installed it was almost out of memory, it even gave me an alert saying so. I returned it and bought a 1 TB HP laptop, Much bigger and better, this one was a gift and I had to have an external Dvd drive of flash drive to save files , my replacement 1 TB has Dvd drive built in and probably more memory than I will fill up. this 14 inch might work for you, but not me, check out different laptops and compare what your going to use it for with it's features, is common sense, as I said this 14" was a b-day gift, alls fine. Would recommend to a friend depending on their purpose.

Very good laptop I even was able To work remotely with my job from it and I’m currently looking to repurchase hope I can find it again with Microsoft for one year great deal !

Got this for my daughter. Works great for her and what she needed.

Already had to restore points, only had it 2 weeks and it already no space. I only do work for my office and play a few card games so now I know to spend a lil more next time. It is light weight and sleek which I do like.

Lightweight. Windows 10 is great. Plenty of usb ports. Excellent picture.

This is the worse computer I've ever bought. I have nothing saved on the computer. Everything is saved externally, yet it doesn't have enough memory to update itself! Really!?!? WTF

I purchased this for my 12yrs bday. He loves it. ITs light easy to go around with and he can do all his home on this. Perfect for him.

It is used basically for web surfing, school projects, and etc. Hooked up easily to my printer. Very lightweight. Love it.

This is perfect for school! It's fast, has good space, beautiful screen and so thin. Seriously, I love it so much. Perfect laptop for anything. If you need a wholeeee bunch of space then buy a chip, but other than that, it's pretty awesome. No exaggeration, I love it.

Laptop would not stay connected to the internet. Operating system was not functioning properly. Took it to the Geek Squad twice. They finally had to do a complete reset of Windows 10. Seems O.K. now.

I purchased this laptop to use for my hobby using a Cricut machine. It seems to have plenty of storage and runs the programs great so far. I am still getting used to Windows 10, but there is always a learning curve using a new operating system. Very light weight and easy to use.

I like how lightweight it is. I love the color. It's fast. It's also easy to operate.

I don't have any real complaints except, maybe the size of the screen. I use it mainly for personal storage and back up of important files and photos. Easy to use. I definitely recommend it!

Purchased 2 for grandchildren for school, very happy with the price and ease of set up and use.
