Great Beginner gaming PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you choose not to build your own custom one on the company website. This one has decent components inside it to get the job done for some decent gaming. Dont expect top notch graphics or speed but it will do the job for the price.

Powerful Build for Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am impressed by the power and speed for the price. We are using this computer for production and presentation after our last tower couldn't keep up. This tower is lightning fast and runs anything I can throw at it. I am looking forward to using this for years to come. If you are looking for something that will run games/programs without being hit on the memory or CPU side - look no further than this computer because it will meet your expectations and surpass them! Pros: Value, SSD makes it boot lightning fast, quiet, fast transfer speeds, sharp looking, plenty of room for upgrading and expanding RAM/Hard Drives in the future, and more than adequate graphics for workstation and gaming. Cons: Only one that I would say is that it would be nice to have the SSD be at least a 256 Gb drive. This isn't con as much as a personal preference. I just relocated everything (most programs and all files) to the 1 Tb HHD so I don't bog the SSD down. I would totally recommend this computer to anyone who is going to be using it for a workstation, gaming, or home use. I will handle basically anything you can throw at it and still have more to give. Well worth the money and will be considering this when I need a new PC at home. *Will update as time goes on.

Fast PC, perfect for gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an aging all-in-one computer that I used for gaming and watching movies and such. I wanted to go all out and get a good computer that was very fast, at least 16GB of RAM, an I7 processor, and a good graphics card. After doing a lot of research, this particular model seemed to be the perfect fit. You can easily spend $2,000 or $3,000 or more on a good gaming PC, and gaming is what's going to tax your PC the most. This iBuyPower PC is a computer assembled with high quality, name brand parts (Intel processor, Asus motherboard and graphics card), but without the pricey brand name full system. So more of your money goes into quality hardware. They have good reviews on their products and a reliable support system, so I decided to buy it. I unboxed it, it was well packed inside and out, I set it up, and turned it on. Everything worked great, no problems. I tried most of my games, and it is soooo much smoother and faster. Everything is working great together, everything was up-to-date as far as drivers, and it surprisingly didn't have a bunch of bloatware and crapware. It feels like a new system should feel. Having an 8 core processor is hard to beat, this system is as solid as a typewriter. It doesn't crash, doesn't freeze, doesn't seem to have to work hard at all. I highly recommend!

Lasted 3 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer crashed after 3 months. Took it in to geek squad and was told ssd crashed. Ibuypower wanted it shipped to them for repair instead of letting geek squad repair it. I use this for work and of course gaming. Cannot go without a work computer for over 10 days. I would not recommend Ibuypower product. You have been warned.

Wireless Adapter Came Broke
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the build but I'm very upset I had to go out and purchase an additional wireless adapter since the one that came with it was defective... I called them and they told me to fill out a form to receive a new one. I still have not received an e-mail confirming after filling out the form.

Definitely an upgrade from a laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before we got this PC, we had a laptop with 4 GB of RAM and a low-spec Intel Core i3, with old Intel HD Graphics. We couldn't do anything quickly. Now, thanks to the Trace 940, we can open programs in less than a second, surf the web faster, and thanks to the GTX 1060, edit videos quicker. You know that a PC is good when it can run Beam.ng Drive in more than 60 FPS in 1080p. I would recommend this to anybody who is trying to upgrade from an old computer. The only thing is that despite its size, it does not come with a CD drive, but everything is software-based nowadays.

Absolutely terrible
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I regret getting this pc. It worked great for the first 3 months. Then it started shutting down on its own and then wouldn’t turn on at all. It was under factory warranty so I was happy about that. Except for that I had to spend a hundred on shipping costs. Then took about a month to get back. And then just a week after I had got it back it would turn on but nothing showed on my monitor and then would shut off then back on on its own. Back to the original problem. IBuyPower did not tell me what the issue was and what I could even do to prevent it. But I am not happy with what I purchased and they will probably ask me to pay another hundred to ship it again. Do not buy this pc!

Does not run
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this desktop today, and upon plugging it in and following the guide that came with it, I was ready to start using it. However, that proved to be a problem when I tried turning it on. I flipped the switch on the back, and proceeded to attempt to turn it on. It looks like everything (lights and fans at least) starts running, but then it just stops, and the lights cut out. A few seconds later, the same thing happens. The only positive thing I can mention is that the RGB lights work and are very pretty, but let's be real, I didn't buy this computer just for pretty lights. For now I will have to give this product one star

Lightning Fast Boot and Great PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I play most of the big game titles out there such as CS:GO, Fortnite, PUBG, Wreckfest, ARK, and the list goes on and on. This PC was able to handle everything I threw at it surprisingly well. I had a few problems with Nvidia drivers for the first couple of days, but I figured it out with the troubleshooting skills I have developed over my 16 years of living. Another tip is to switch your main storage drive to your HDD since it has a lot more storage and you need room on your SSD for your OS (Windows 10) and other program files. Overall this computer was only $1,149 which is about $200 cheaper than the old Gaming laptop I purchased two years ago. This was definitely the upgrade I needed. Below are some Benchmarks I ran: CS:GO: 200-900FPS (Yes there is a large gap, but some tests I ran were on community servers) PUBG: 78-144 FPS on Mid-Ultra Settings Fortnite: 160-200+ (Hits around 1300 on the menus, not that this matters but its still a cool thing to know.) ARK Survival Evolved: 78-100+ (Pretty good since the game is pretty poorly optimized.) Upgrades: Case is more than sufficient for future upgrades, especially since the rumored GTX 1180 is releasing soon. To conclude If you have the money and are looking for a very good pre-built Gaming Desktop look no further and pick up the Trace 940.

Basic gaming Rig
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's basic and has no room for improvement. It's running a low PSU/cheap mobo/ and a non K CPU. Would Highly recommend it as a starter computer but nothing else.

Slow and not good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this machine for my GOlf Simulator. The Wifi is via a USB Dongle inside the machine, which is very slow. The system takes too long to boot and keeps rebooting every ones in a while. Its not screaming fast as it should be for i7

Outstanding!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Long story short, after attempting to build a computer from internet vendor (A) (bad parts...didn't want to keep sending stuff back until it worked), and then buying a different iBuypower system from internet vendor (N) (very poor build quality and it died after running well for one whole day), I decided to throw in the towel and do what my wife told me to do from the start. Just go to Best Buy and get one. I really didn't want to get another iBuypower because of the experience that I had just a few days prior, but in the end, I could not resist the parts and price point of this rig. I couldn't be more amazed by the difference in the two systems from the same company. The side panel on the first one didn't even close all of the way because of the poor cable routing inside, the video card was sitting at an odd angle inside of the case and looked and felt as if it would fall off if someone sneezed on it, and in addition to that, it also looked like the card itself was separating from the fans. The one that I bought at Best Buy is an absolute dream though. Great build quality, super fast at everything, and better than whisper quiet. If the lights weren't on, I would wonder if this thing was even running. My one complaint here would be that the case is enormous. I got over that pretty quickly though. I guess next time I will listen to wife right from the start and just go straight to Best Buy.
