Best Buy delivered three different computers before we got one that performed as advertised, but it still needed additional attention. One of the ram cards was not properly seated. They both worked after I removed and replaced them. Parts in the boxes were not standard. One computer came with a Wi-Fi bud, another with a Bluetooth bud and a Wi-Fi card. Don't know about number 2 because it would not boot. The third machine is now running fine after proper assembly by Geek Squad and the customer.

Its a ok gaming cpu but the rbg lighting will stop working in a few months even if you dont even use it ill never buy a nother from this company again.

Before buying this computer, I was originally planning on buying my own parts and building my own PC. I looked through some guides online, and after an initial run-through of the parts I would likely get, I was looking at a total of around $1200. Before going further, I figured I would try looking at desktops online just to get an idea of what was available. Then I found this computer, which had very similar components for the same price. Luckily, I was able to get it on sale, so it was even cheaper than making my own. I was able to save both time and money without sacrificing any significant power by buying this computer, which is super nice! For the performance, I've had the computer for a few weeks now and everything runs incredibly smoothly. The operating system is stored on the SSD which means that powering on, start-up, etc. is super quick. There's also almost no extra bloatware (I don't consider the default Windows programs as bloatware, though some might), which is a refreshing surprise. I currently have a 24" monitor that runs at 144Hz with a 1ms response time, which this computer handles with ease while gaming. I'm planning to add another secondary ISP monitor later on, which I'm sure won't be much of a challenge for this graphics card. Overall I'm incredibly satisfied with this computer, and I'm glad I found it when I did!

So far, this PC has been running amazingly. I chose it for its 1060 graphics card and i7-8700, along with its ease to upgrade in the future. I will update to 32 gb RAM when i get a good deal. But this thing looks beautiful, runs quietly, and is lightning fast. I am a designer and run intense 3d modeling and rendering software. It handles it with ease. No regrets.

If you're new to PC gaming like I am, I would start with this PC. I tried a different PC brand prior to this one even after hearing the Best Buy employees tell me they returned the PC I was about to buy for this TRACE940. Long story short, I should've just listened to them and saved myself some time. This PC is noticeably quick and can easily handle Fortnite (which I know most of you are playing) with Unlimited FPS. It's quiet and the RGB lighting with remote control is awesome. The only thing I've noticed with the lights is that on certain colors, it has a high pitch frequency sound which is annoying since it's on some of my favorite colors. Also, when I unboxed the PC and first launched Fortnite, I switched the in-game settings to Fullscreen and the settings changed but the whole screen went this weird, funny green color which was totally not normal but it only happened that one time so far so i am going to keep an eye on it. Also, the tempered glass on the case came scratched in a few places and with finger prints on it out of the box. I'll have to contact the company and see if they'll do anything about that or maybe I'll have to take it back. The glass doesn't affect the performance of the computer but it's still not right and should be new or close to perfect/clean out of the box for a $1,200 PC. I'll update my review to 5 stars if their customer service aims to please someone who purchased their expensive PC. Other than that, this PC is rocking. You should be more than pleased with it. I'll keep you updated!

This computer obviously looks cool with the LED lights, but it also performs really well. I don't do much gaming but I use it primarily for editing large graphics files. I bought this PC to upgrade the graphics card and processor. Easy to setup. I just wish it had a larger SSD drive, but the 2nd 1TB drive is sufficient.

Piece of garbage Cooling system is not good at all

Disappointed that it starts to move slow if it’s a gaming machine it shouldn’t lock up, lag or freeze. It’s not broken but is not good and disappointed with Best Buy too as I spent over 1k for a bad computer which has my 13 sold crying.

Needs better power supply to install my 1080ti. Looks good, setting up is easy. No cd/dvd drive? That’s a first. This is a great bang for buck for anyone looking to start gaming on computers. But for someone that’s already been gaming on computers, needs more perks. Was told my 1080ti would fit, but the PSU is only 500W.

The set up for the desktop was really simple, this is a great option for anyone's first gaming PC. I booted up Borderlands 2 to see how it preformed and I was more than pleased, Max graphics settings on 1080p. The only issues that I had was: they put a warning sticker on the glass to let you know that its tempered, this is fine except it was a paper sticker and was difficult to remove and left a residue, I was able to scrape off the residue with some water and a credit card. Performance wise, this machine functions as expected and I have no complaints, the RGB lighting also looks pretty cool (it comes with a remote with a plethora of settings).

This is one of the best pc out there for its price and what's included inside of it. It has a gtx 1060 and a Intel i7 processor which makes this one of the best and reliable gaming pc. Although 120 ssd is not much, but it should be no issue upgrading it anytime if desired. After doing many research, this is one of the best pc out there in the market and the price is unbeatable. Only downside I have had was removing the sticker on glass but other than that its worth the purchase.

So far we purchased this pc yesterday it would not load windows 10 for some reason for about 6 hrs. We also purchased a new curved monitor with it. Obviously a lemon! Returned it. Now the PC is not working again! Going back

I bought this pc about a week ago and all I can say is it waaayyyyyy exceeded my expectations. From performance to look, this pc has it all. As soon as I got home I quickly downloaded world of warcraft and was able to play at 179fps. This pc has a lightning fast start up and is quieter than a mouse. I've played on it for 6+ hours at a time and haven't heard a single sounds from the desktop. I will admit I was a little skeptical of the mouse and keyboard at first, but quickly fell in love with those as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants a high speed computer with insane graphics.

Computer is less than 6 months old and it won't turn on. Worked fine the night before and when I went to turn it on the following morning it did not turn on.

Look nice design but The features doesn’t match. It doesn’t have a wifi built in. And they graphic is bad. Going to return it and come back to dell

This is a great entry PC for beginners. Easy to use, looks cool and DOESN'T come with unnecessary bloatware like the big box manufacturers. The included keyboard and mouse is ok at best but what can you expect, it's certainly usable. The installed SSD comes pre-loaded with the OS so boot time is nonexistent. Everything is so fast and will stand up to anything you throw at it. Will definitely recommend this to a friend.

Bought this PC because my old one was really starting to lag behind when playing newer games. Going from an i5 4460 and a GTX 750 to this was a fantastic experience, I went to barely getting about 40 frames in Rainbow Six Siege on the lowest settings to 140+ with almost everything on high and it runs brand new games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 at 100+ frames with very slight tweaking. The value for the quality of the parts is pretty great, the case is very nice to look at with its tempered glass pane on the side and RGB lighting which you can control with a small remote that comes packaged with it. The tower itself is rather large though, it needs quite a bit of room for it to fit comfortably, so that is something to be aware of. There is some slight room for improvement, if you consider you could get an 8700k and the 6gb version of the 1060 for under $100 more than the 8700 and the 3gb 1060 that come packaged with the system but the overall value is good and the setup should stay capable of running any new game that comes out in the next few years at pretty high settings. As for the actual user experience, I've had no problems with it so far. The OS comes preinstalled on the SSD, so it starts up incredibly fast and I haven't run into any hiccups(crashes/errors) while using it. In summary, if you want a nice, solid PC that's decently powerful and is gonna stay that way for quite a while, this should definitely be one to consider.

The ibuypower trace940 is a great buy for who are looking to get a powerful computer and have to go through the troubles of building themselves. I live in a house with 3 gamers. One of my roommates has a PC he built himself. He has nearly $2000 worth of parts and equipment for his rig, and so far the Trace940 is outperforming his PC by a long shot. I spent have the amount of money and got a more powerful PC, all without having to build it myself. Overall I have no complaints with this buy. I would 10/10 recommend the Trace940 to anyone who is looking for a PC that is powerful and provides a flawless experience.

Hard drive experienced a critical failure after less than 3 months. Never should happen if the parts were not junk.
