Over the years I have built many a computer from the ground up. Usually they were middle of the road gamer systems, based mostly on our budget. Their performance was as expected "Middle of the road...". This Christmas my wife asked what was one thing I really wanted. I replied nothing really, she in turn asked how my old system as running and did it need an overhaul? Yes was my reply... She started asking question over several days. The week prior to Christmas a large box arrived and I was specifically told to not mess with it. Christmas day was a shock needless to say. The system preformed like a dream right out of the box. The i7 is a far cry from my former desktop. The graphics from the NVIDIA GTX 1060 are crisp and clean. The response time is very impressive. I'm an older gamer that can trace his roots the DOS Age of things, this is by far the best PC I have ever owned. My only grumble is the pain Microsoft has become in the setup. Why does something so simple have to be so frustrating. I would deffeinatly recommend this PC to others.

I payed 949$ for this. It is a great pc at an awesome value. A PC with these specs usually cost 1200 and up. Great Cable managment. No stock cooler. Name brand GPU(MSI). The pc looks empty on the other half but you can just install a liquid cooler to make it look more complete. Great PC all around.

I bought this PC about a month ago and I am really loving it. Compared to my old PC this thing is amazing. It is a very powerful starter PC, however, there are still more powerful options. I am able to play games (Rainbow six siege, Fortnite, counter-strike, Subnautica) all at medium to high settings with a very healthy 100 fps. However, when I try and max out every game with ultra high settings, the performance does drop a little and the FPS drops to the 50s and 60s.

I was in the market for a new computer recently and spotted this one at Best Buy one afternoon after coming home from Vegas. The specs on this beauty are comparable to most anything you could put together yourself. I decided to purchase this along with a new monitor as my then current PC was over 6 years old and handled games and tasks like a pile of rocks in the rain. I’m blown away by how well this works! Boot up is nearly instantaneous. I’m not used to things being so fast! Games I’d bought and dreamed to play are now a reality. Youtube videos load in seconds and I can watch them without having to pause and give myself some sort of buffer. It’s great being able to watch both the video and hear the sound sync up rather than just watching a static image on the screen and have the audio play in the background. Everything exceeds my expectations! I could have never asked for a better PC to get me back into playing games, watching videos and handling most any task it could ever be given!!

I don't play that many games myself but my grand kids do. This one is very fast and quiet and has handled everything they have thrown at it. I did have a problem with the mouse that came with it and called Ibuypower customer service. They were very helpful and took care of it straight away.

Great computer for newcomers and experienced PC gaming, especially for the price. I play World of Warcraft and the graphics and speed are fantastic. Everything you would need for a gaming computer without breaking you're wallet.

This gaming PC is everything I wish my first personal computer was. When I got my first personal computer for Christmas 2015, I was so excited because I finally don't have to ask my dad for his work laptop. However, this excitement quickly faded to disappointment when I attempted to play Steam games on the device. Performance was poor, framerate was below-average and Storage was very minimum. Needless to say I overestimated it's capabilities. Back then, I didn't know the difference between a gaming PC and a regular HP computer that was only meant for word processing. When I fired the iBuyPower Gaming PC, it was everything I ever asked for. Performance is perfect, framerate is spectacular and storage is much better. I was a little nervous on buying this PC since I had very little knowledge in Gaming PCs, in terms of what components I require. I want to give a huge thank you to iBuyPower for giving me the gift that should've gotten back in 2015.

Bought not expecting much, but was immediately surprised with the results. Ran every games I tried on max settings (Fortnite, Far Cry 5, More). Also saves you $100+ on a mouse and keyboard and the ones it comes with are just fine. Would totally reccomend as a first gaming PC.

First gaming computer I have ever owned. Bought for school purpose. Packaged very well and easy to set up. Loved the solid state drive and computer uploads windows right away. The graphics are amazing and now I was watch Netflix on it. Great computer for school or buisness

i bought this pc about a year ago and i must say that this is a very good investment if you're trying to get into the pc gaming world. I have not had any problem with it at all every game i trow at it runs it with no problem its just a fast pc in genarl and i love it.

I just recently decided to make the switch to gaming on PC from console, the transition has been hard but this PC can literally handle anything you throw at it. It's fast and it's smooth, I know people knock on pre builts, but this pc is definitely worth the money. 10/10.

The iBuyPower Trace 940 PC is a good pc to buy if you are on a budget or want to save some money by buying this. Just a little warning, probably common sense but the GTX 1060 that it comes with is a 3gb model not a 6gb model. It has a 8th gen core i7 so you can do multi-tasking and run more apps at once. It also comes with 16GB of ram so with all of those settings combined you can run any game on medium or high settings.

bought this to drive a dual monitor virtual pinball machine. Working well so far, although took a bit of time to work with the settings to get it right. Might try with three monitors. The remote for the lights doesn't seem to be working when I just push the buttons but I haven't really worried about figuring out why yet. The whole machine is super quiet which is awesome & the speed of boot with the SSD is great also.

This is my first gaming pc and my buddy helped me pick it out and I havent had any problems or complaints but one thing to note is that there is no cd drive so if you need to use a cd or dvd to install something, you will need to get one of the usb plug in ones.

Easy setup, the Nvidia card is great, processor very good for multitasking when recording using protools + reason at same time, and the gaming has 0 lags excellent graphs. I know there are better out there, but for the price what you get is really great.

I am not a pc gamer. I bought this computer for the features and the ease at which I can upgrade it in the future. I got a great price at around $900 at Best Buy. All the reviews were mostly positive and the reps at Best Buy were extremely knowledgeable.

The computer was packed very well and easy as heck to set up and use. The mouse and keyboard that came with it were very good as well. Only thing that made me frown was it has no disc drive and the computer came with CDs and DVDs to use to reboot system.

I bought this system for my grandson to play Fortnight. Even this grandma could set it up! I ‘m not an expert but it sounds great with my surround sound. Unless I want to upgrade my monitor the graphics are decent for the monitor I have. My grandson loves the way the glass wall shows the insides and changes lights with the remote. The only problem is there are the tiniest black rubber plugs on top. I couldn’t’t find the USB port or the microphone jack. They were hidden under the plugs. For gaming I thought I’d pay more than $1200 after reviewing PC magazine and Consumer Guide. Best of all my grandson is happy with lots of space for Fortnite and future games.

Great bargain for the price. Comes with new gen processors, and a 1060. just enough solid state for important programs and ur OS with the added TB of memory for everything else. tower looks great with open panels and great job of wiring.

Ive had this Pc for about 6 months now and I have to say, this is one of the best pcs I have ever used at such a good price. Graphics card is great and can run most games on high settings and the intel core i7 is amazing. Im in love.
