It runs great, been playing warframe on it, and it runs a lot better than my old laptop

This help me be a better gamer and just for good all around school work and gaming.

I am not a big computer guy. Know basics. This was bought for my son however out of the box all games are lagging. Is there something that needs to be done? Little to no instructions on getting started. I’m sure it is a top notch computer however nothing is working right. Any help from best buy would be great.

It's pretty good for the price. I like it, no regret in buying this model.

The iBUYPOWER gaming computer I purchased had issues from early on. The graphics card was no good, and this had to be shipped back to the company within a few months. They returned it - still not fixed. We had to send it back, and the tech specialist claimed it was being completely rebuilt. It has been performing fine for a year now. I think the company building these just doesn't perform enough quality control before sending each computer out the door.

it does have its flaws but i have to give it props. the way it is setup and makes it hard to expand and add on. plus no external slot or dic if u wanted to add one. but other than those small things not bad at all

The tower is nice. The instructions could be much better. I got a dead mouse out of the box. Ibuypower is sending a new one out. Tech support phone hold time was maybe 30 seconds, both times I called.

Careful with this machine. Make sure you buy a protection plan. I bought two of these and it's a matter of lottery. The first one failed within 6 months and was covered under warranty (you must pay to ship it), but I was happy. 6 months later the same failure occurred. Usage of the top USB 3 port causes a system short. I am out of warranty this time around so have a paper weight. I should have bought Best Buy Protection. However, the good news is, the other system works fine. So as I said, lottery.

Every spec I've checked on this (including the information shown on Best Buy's website) shows 4 USB 3 and 2 USB 2 ports. This system only has 2 USB 3s and 2 USB 2's.

so i get the computer around christmas time. when i get it there was not a wifi adapter so i had to buy one and bring it back to best buy to install it for me because they said it doesnt come with one. it wasnt a big deal since it was only a 50 dollar chip though. a few months later my frames start to drop to only 10-20. apperantly the graphics card snapped off the motherboard a little bit and hit the pci express adapter, breaking the fan blades and the whole pci express adapter

Want to use the great video card that comes with the computer? You need a different cable. The HDMI cable enclosed will only connect to the onboard video. You need to buy a DVI cable to connect to the GTX-1060. Want to install the advanced drivers disk that was included in the package for the video card? FORGET IT! There is no CD or DVD drive. Not even a slot for one. You will have to buy an external drive to plug in. BUT - the driver disk included in the box isn't even the correct model - it's for an ASUS not a Geforce. So you don't have anything to stick in the CD anyway. Good thing drivers are available on the mfr website. Audio was completed messed up, I had to spend two hours in settings and installing drivers to get it to work - and that's using the front and back ports. Audio is still playing with lots of static so that will be a new card I will have to buy. The keyboard and mouse included are both wired, yeah, I guess it's still 1999. All I can say is I am glad this is a computer I will be using for work from home jobs as I would be returning it if was for gaming. I don't like Best Buy anyway, and this really will keep me out of their stores for good. The entire experience was designed to get me to go back to their store to buy additional items in order to use it. I'll go somewhere else, not playing their game again.

This is a cheaply built PC that manages to give you the bare minimum of what is required. The 1060 3GB card is garbage for any modern games, don't listen to anyone who tells you it's a mid level card. You are looking at a low refresh rate, low resolution and low settings for games that were made in 2015. You can always pay to upgrade to a 6GB card and waste more money. The PSU provided is just what you need, nothing more. If you want to upgrade your GPU to a 1070 or higher you will need to purchase a new power supply and a new card so you will have two more pieces of trash and you are looking at another grand if you want a decent PC. If Best Buy actually listed the specs that matter on their site I would not have greatly overpaid for this piece of garbage. Get something else. Or better yet just spec it out and build your own. This is a money pit.

I bought it specifically for gaming. None of my steam games would work. It didnt seem to recognize my graphics card. Error message saying I didnt meet the minimum requirements. I tried re-installing drivers but it didnt help. Probably a hardware issue. It wouldnt let me install any games via external drive. Im going to return it and will update my review if the next one works.

Hello I bought this computer few months back and come to realize that... they gave me a core i7 7700 INSTEAD of a core i7 6700k i am so disappointing and just realized how it was the wrong cpu. It was written as a 6700k and I GOT THIS!

Booted up fine, was very excited about the build for the price. Everything went great until I decided to restart. Got stuck on booting screen with "no bootable device found". This turned into a black screen stating please enter bootable device checked all connection to MB,SSD ect..called geek squad. Rep pretty much told me it's trashed and needed to be returned. Very disappointed as I was counting on this Pc to function so I could work over the weekend. Debating on returning for a new one, or taking my money elsewhere.

I’ve had this PC for 6 months and it was a pretty good monitor but it won’t turn on now! I did everything to preserve the PC but it’s not working! Would be 4-5 stars if this is fixed.
