Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this item on black friday with a Sansung monitor 1. the output of VGA and DVI do not work even the HMDI slot has no video output, the only video connection that works the computer is the HDMI slot on the video card, the computer only works well one day, 2. The next day the speakers started to fail, not audio at all, only with the headphones. 3. the monitor( new one bought it same day} shows purple dots all around it. (please see the photos). 4. I called the technical support of ibuypower, more than two hours dialing the number 626-269-5200 until finally someone answered, I told the representative the problems I have, the guy very rude and rushed in their answers, he recommend me that I have to update the motherboard drivers (MSI B360M PRO-VDH and the NVIDIA RTX 2070 video card drivers, and nothing of this solved the problem of the audio and that of the purple dots on the monitor ( new monitor Sansung]. 5. I called again , and another rude guy and rushed also told me me to use another HDMI cable, I said but if I'm using the one that came with the monitor, which is new too. But he followed with his same version that is sure the cable, I went to my TV which has an Audio Quest Carbon HDMI, and the problem is not solved. 6. I call again and they tell me that I have to send the computer to repair. 7. I did a complete factory reset and still the same problem. It is incredible that this company does not have remote technical service. I'm going to return this computer.

I haven't had any issues with it other than user error at set up. Anyone looking for a gaming desktop and that looks good get this one. It is loud, but nothing like some of the others I have heard. This is the first one I have purchased in a long time and it is awesome!
