The specs I got are great and I got the PC on sale which also came with Modern Warfare game included. Way better than my first gaming PC. Easy installation and this baby makes 0 to no noise. Also great wire management! Overall this PC is my favorite.

Much better gaming computer than I imagined

It was a Christmas gift for my 16 year old. He is quite pleased. He had a prevous gaming computer and only lasted 18 months. He still had the Oculus system and it looks even better on this computer.

Everything is Good expect the SSD

My son loves this

He knows more than I do about all this technology stuff, and he says it's great! The staff was super helpful in helping us decide which one to go with, you can tell they know their stuff.

Customer support is understaffed?

The SSD failed and the back and forth contact to have it replaced under warranty has so far lasted over a week. I'm currently awaiting another contact from them. This is a $100 part that I am sure will be replaced with the same cheap component (WD Green). I wish I would of done my homework before purchasing this computer.

Expensive, but worth it

My only issue is the PC I purchased had a crack in the tempered glass and the RGB lights required an extensive google search and downloading of third party software to change because it didn't come with the remote it was supposed to.

Great for gaming!

The RTX 2070 runs most of my games over 120fps and some over 200fps. The processor is good and SSD makes booting and file searching 10x faster than my old pc. My only issue is that the motherboard is not of great quality. it gets the jobs done but it is a little on the below average end.

It was a better system, but because it was on sale, we got it for less than the one we were saving for! Needed it for business so it worked out well.
