Bought this for my husband and he loves it! The only con is the keyboard is not up to par with the rest of the computer. It didn’t work very well but overall a great product

So far, the pc is working great. It was easy to set up and runs nice. The only downside is the instructions were a little unclear as to what actually needed to be done, but it was simple enough to figure out on my own, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Overall very good operation. Fast loading from boot up. Quick downloads. Loads online gaming fast. Only issue is finding the correct driver for graphics. Have had some issues with ghost images or slow loading graphics from one driver update to the next.

She is not a hardcore gamer (yet), but insisted on a gaming rig. This model had adequate specs and has allowed her to play online with friends.

Been using the past year for streaming and internet use and have had no issues what so ever. Had to buy an external USB adapter but definitely worth it!

This machine is truly amazing!!! Soooooo fast!! I am a gamer! I’m running Anthem on the highest settings. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this beast!

This computer was highly recommended by one of the associates at Best Buy in Concord NH, I have this computer for 6 Months and nothing but PROBLEMS. It needs a new Motherboard...When you Pay $1400 for a PC you expect it to last way more than 2 months. Best Buy has been very unhelpful, not willing to HELP at all. Never again will I buy from BEST BUY or an I BUY POWER PC.

I liked this computer so much that I bought another one later for my wife. This computer is very fast and will do whatever you need to do.

I would prefer a custom build but with what is in here you really can’t conplain for the price. Couples with a nice monitor and it’s a nice gaming experience.

i really like the pc its exactly what i needed it works great...took me a bit to figure out the lighting but then after that it was nothing wrong.

The other parts are a little dated but the RTX does it all. I’m not a professional and I don’t mind doing 4K at 60Hz on high (not maxed out) settings.

I think bestbuy has alot of great deals. I think their selections on the electronics are great. I would say overall i will do most of my shopping with them.

Really impressed with the gaming PC and associated hardware. Salesman really knew his information to direct us in what to buy, what works best, etc.

I know you may get heckled in your circle from buying a pre-build, but this has been great, I couldn't be happier.

the specs for the computer say it has a dvi port but it does not have one, and the cords on the mouse and keyboard are thin compared to lower quality protects.

Great computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard. The service in transferring my info from old computer to my new was outstanding.
