Died twice within 6 months of purchase

Within 4 months the hard drive got corrupted and I had to bring it in and spend $100 for them to purge the system. Now it’s 6 months in sense purchase and the solid state drive died and broke and am now having to contact the manufacturer to have it replaced

Poor build

However the cpu cooling is absolutely terrible. If you plan on gaming on this look into getting a better cpu cooler. For the price, unless you get it on sale pick your own parts and build your own.

Many issues

Both had issues, one regarding the set up and the other having a faulty video card. Talked to a rep and apparently there is no quality control done on these systems that are shipped to big retailers. That being said if you are set on getting one I would recommend you order it online. The process of purchasing it and the customer service at Best Buy was stellar. They helped out alot on the returns and the eventual exchange.
