I really enjoy playing in this desktop it handles all my games I wanna play.

so far so good does what I need it to do and GeForce experience is a plus

Im in love with this pc. Very easy to setup. Not that complicated.

Only had a HDMI cable and we had to purchase a part for it

This Pc is nice and really no complaints about the tower or specs... HOWEVER the keyboard and mouse are garbage out of the box. The mouse has tracking issues and the keyboard space bar and buttons stick. would have been less let down if they forgot to put them in the box.

It doesn’t come with HDMI or anything of the other cables. For ($1600) you’d think they would at least supply with cables or at least a good MOUSE & KEYBOARD but only comes with 2 HDMI ports and only 1 works for me which is dumb. Other then that it’s solid PC

I bought this high-end gaming computer to play games with, however, it will not support the second monitor. It's supposed to but I get no output to the second monitor. When I called to complain, I was told I will have to pay $99.99 in order to even get it looked at, and even then they do not assure me that I won't have to buy additional parts. The only alternative is to bring it in by breaking down my setup, and leave it for several days with no assurance that it will be fixed. I spent almost $2,000 on the computer, additional memory and accessories, and I might as well have purchased a low end laptop for all it's worth.

Very basic and cheap. The only good thing is the graphics card. Next day the same pc was 200 dollars less. Doesn't even have a cd/dvd reader? Come on guys, really?

I've had 2 of these gaming desktop and had issues on it. the 1st one has a problem with RAM memory so I had to replace it and best buy did a great job on it. and now on my second one after a month my Graphics card fan is way too noisy it is so annoying. Now, i don't know if i have to replace it again or something. i do have a geek squad insurance over it. but i don't trust the rig anymore. I am just tired of replacing this product.

This beast looks great and sounds great, and when it worked it worked well. However, the very 1st machine I got came with a network issue, had to bring it in to trade it. The 2nd machine, which I bought in May, just failed yesterday -- the drive just died. Since July, the LED light control was fairly temperamental. And it started slowing down tremendously in August. I have an Air-conditioned area, so it's not heat, it's not power issues. Dying twice on anyone in less than 6 months is not a good impression. Bringing it back to BestBuy was painful, I had to wait 2 days for the Geek Squad to look at it, and it's, frankly, already known to be a hardware failure (network card, drive). The 1st time, they gave me another machine. The 2nd time, I just decided to return it -- don't want to deal with this again. Just completely wasted buying the extended warranty (no refunds on that one) for this machine as well. While in line, I saw another person with a similar machine pushing the cart through. Don't do it. There are better more reliable machines out there. I don't know if BestBuy have any.

Received this device and everything seemed fine. The specs are amazing! Then once I had windows and the video card updated, went to play a game. I heard a terrible high pitched beep that would last 5-10 seconds. Stop.... then go for another 5-10 seconds. Shortly after the screen would flicker and the computer would eventually lock up. Most likely a bad video card.... Frustrated that after 1 day, it's already needing to be returned. Ibuypower didn't really troubleshoot, just said to take it back. Not sure I should replace, I'd hate having to get another lemon.

Picked this computer up today. Took it home and set it up. Failed out of the box. Got a message that and unexpected error happened and windows would not install. Made several attempts with any success. Will return tomorrow and hopefully the staff will make me happy again. Keep you posted.

The pc says it comes with a remote to change the colors for the lighting, but it didn’t, and the pc says it has built in WiFi, but when I go to networks, i can’t find the network. I tried looking in my owners manual, but it didn’t even mention anything about the built in wifi

Excellent specs on this rig and great power per dollar, but the RTX 2070 was spitting up artifacts and crashing after about 20 hrs / 7 days use. Can’t recommend now, but hopefully NVIDIA/Gigabyte work out the kinks with the card as they manufacture these down the line.

The first couple of week I got it, it was perfect and working fine, and weeks later I was gaming and the screen blacks out and my monitor has white dots all over the screen and I turn it off and turned it back on and the screen is still blacked out

We are finding out the hard way that all warranties aren't created equal. With ibuypower, we just found out you have to pay shipping to send your PC to them to fix. So we have a PC that is one month old that continually crashes, no longer outputs sound and can no longer connect to wireless networks. It's basically a lemon and clearly has hardware issues but we have to pay them to service it under the warranty. Had we known this, we never would have bought. We should have stuck with Dell.

Computer worked for the night I had it. The next day I had boot up errors but everything in my BIOs was good to go. After extensive searching I came to the conclusion I would have to externally boot Microsoft which I believe was corrupt ( I guess?) Which is more work than its worth so I plan on exchanging for the same computer and trying again. Overall though I've heard nothing but good things, I'm just unlucky it seems.

If you are like me that buys stuff based on reviews, DONT BUY THIS ONE! Is been 3 month since I got mine and is completely not functional, if you want IBuyPower to fix it YOU have to pay for shipping to CA. Won't start, gives me blue screen errors, turns off by itself, CS support are rude and sent you to fix in on their website. I wish I could return, i am so upset about this.

Literally 2 days After purchasing this pc It crashed on me and gave me the Blue screen. It continuously kept restarting and was completely useless. For the price I’m very unsatisfied because an Xbox one can last me longer for a fraction of the price.
