Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it, he left over 40 tabs up and played fortnight and it was perfect

I use this desktop mostly for vfx and video editing. It holds up against most tasks I throw at it.

This is a nice a** setup stock and room for upgrade. case could vent better but cools well before i overclocked. after overclock of cpu and gpu it almost requires the case to be off but the cpu is at 4.8ghz. runs at 58c to 64c case open full load. 72c to 84c closed! gpu is limited overclock due to factory powersupply not tems going to see how far it goes. upgrading to 2tb nvme, 1000w powersupply, and more fans.

I bought this computer in Best Buy and really enjoy it. Very fast, big screen, and powerful! Recommended.

So over $2000 for a computer and I had to download the wifi drivers with a hard line because it doesn't work out of the box, then on top of that it's missing the keys for the products that were supposed to come with, maybe I'm supposed to do something to receive them but I've been calling the store and been on hold/ hung up on for over an hour to try and find out, I'll never purchase a PC here again. The 3 stars I put up are based solely on performance of the PC. All customer expectations for service are a complete failure from best buy.

This PC is incredibly powerful! I have played several games and each one is running incredibly well!

Let me start with yes, internally... This things a monster. I'll admit the power is amazing. It's very silent. Very fast. But that's it. I've never encountered so many God forsaken blue screen of deaths before with any machine pre built or otherwise. I've only had this thing less than two months and the system has crashed without an explanation 3 times already. Literally. Checking a website, crash. Using discord to talk to friends, crash. Watching a video, you guessed it, crashed. I'm less than a crash away from saying eff it and returning this hunk of junk for something else that actually works as intended.
