Wish I listened to my son get the cyberpower he got the same week I bought this. First the ram went. Paid to ship it back. Received new ram. About a month later the PC would turn in black screen. Returned the PC for $148. Replaced motherboard , ram, Rtx 2070 and bigger power supply. Now 3 weeks later RTX card showing artifacts. Paying to send back and they will send the same RTX card gigabyte Rtx 2070. If you look at reviews you will see they go bad. Now I am awaiting the second RTX card. What a mistake. And when you call be ready to hold for 40min. So far I am down $30 to send the memory back $148 to send the full pc back and the gigabyte card who knows it goes out today. The PC runs 76-82c . That’s too hot. Never again.

Easy to set up once I opened the box. Was able to add a few LED fans and add 2 more rams to make it a 32gb system. Only down side was getting the free game that was included took about a month to get worked out.

This PC is an awesome one, very fast and no issues at all, the only problem is with the included free games. It suppose to include the codes to download battlefield V and Anthem but i didn’t get any of those codes, and the other included was call of duty black ops amd also i didn’t get the code. Anyone know what to do for the codes??

Has been a very capable 4k ultra machine for all or most games. Ray tracing experience is still not very great though. BFV was not very playable even at 1080p. 4K ray tracing, no chance. Everything else is handled greatly, looking to get VR set-up soon.

This is a great pre built for the price if you get it on sale and it comes with three game bundle it handles all the new game with no problems and vr. The only thing is mine came with a msi gefore 2080 different video card then the display at the store hm

I have had the BB953 for about a month now. Quality components with no issues to date. I usually build my pc's but didn't have the time this go around. Great value for the money. No regrets...

Runs cool, quiet and quick. Played Wolfenstein: Youngblood on 43" 4K 60Hz TV. No complaints. Only nitpick the plastic end of one of the adjuster screws for the case was broken off, probably during shipping, but no big deal. Would buy again.

Son enjoys gaming computer. Should be a powerful machine for him.

I actually did a build at ibuypower website and it was nearly 2 grand more so I knew I got a good deal. I was interested in the rtx 2080 ti but it was higher so I went with this and if you are looking for a new gaming rig you should to.

Better than the one we returned, more stable software and runs well.

I have had this baby for almost two years, and it does everything I need it to do. The only reason why I give it a 4/5 is that out of the box I was getting Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). I was prompted with "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT...". I ran a windows memory diagnosis and said it detected no problems. I ran many third-party tests and said everything was fine too. This was my first pc, so I was so naive. After about a year of BSOD, I finally decided to purchase 2x8GB of RAM, and have never had a BSOD again. Summary: Assuming the product was fully functional out of the box, I'd give it 5/5 Best Buy or iBuyPower: 2/5 Overall rating: 3.5/5 The next time I upgrade. I will definitely build my own rig because as of today I do not know the exact abilities of it because this rig comes with an ASROCK motherboard specifically for BestBuy.

My only problem with this computer is with Best Buy. I had them install memory and anther hard drive. The new hard drive will not show up so now I have to bring it back or void warranty. I’m not happy with the service at all.

Great running machine, out of the box it performs well

I've had this desktop for about a month or so now. Adding a 49 in Samsung monitor, Logitech G613 keyboard and G903 mouse. Sennheiser GSP 600 headphones. So far everything is working great, no complaints and no issues.

This is the third ibuypower computer I’ve purchased over the years, for myself or for my wife. They are great deals with quality parts and construction. Beats the stress of building your own rig.

I love this freaking computer. The included mouse and keyboard were perfect to give to my grand daughter to let her think she was playing too. The machine itself is a joy to use.
