glad i purchased coverage

As they don't have the hard drive as a part, nor do they have the pc in stock. as our coverage stipulates parts need to be identical to the original, we now need to choose yet another pc! After a year and a half of best buy pc nonsense I would like to take my money and go elsewhere but am stuck with store credit.
