Great build. Tremendous bang for buck gaming PC. The keyboard and mouse included were utterly forgettable and we replace those quickly. 3 stars because after 1 year and 11 months the liquid cooling pump died and I had to replace with a new AIO liquid cooler. Overall not bad but that shouldn't be failing in less than 2 years.

I got this PC tower for the purpose of live streaming mobile game play on an Android OS phone I have and I was told that this would be the best of the best. Well let me tell you it was great for everything but my phone and a day after I got it the thing refused to turn on anymore. Never buying from this brand again.

The iCore7 processor and the SSD which encompassed the entire 1TB of RAM were key in choice over other PCs. Space to add another 16GB memory card and the newest NVIDIA graphics card were also great! Liquid cooling was a bonus. Very quiet machine! The price was also better than expected with the included components and was better than other PCs. Best Buy associate was really helpful because I had a lot of notes and read a lot of online opinions regarding different components and their performances in different PCs. He cut through the chaos and asked me the right questions. In the end, I was very comfortable with my choice. Setup was quick and easy. Very satisfied!

It works as expected, but the review expectations are garbage.

I picked this up on sale because the difference in price to build something similar at the time was only like 50 bucks, so I figured I'd save some time. Well, it was a mistake because it was running like a nightmare in a day. With the components in this for this price, there is no reason for a super low demanding game like LoL to run at a max of 45 FRAMES. I could have gone through and tried to work with the company for a fix, but I didn't feel like going through the trouble. That's why I won't award this 1 star. It was just a very offsetting experience for such a high priced machine.

Purchased this computer with an Acer predator monitor. Just opened and set up. Disappointed that the computer does not have an AC power plug input so that monitor and computer turn on simultaneously. Also disappointed that computer does not have a DP cable input.
