This computer is a beast! It has worked flawlessly since I took it out of the box. Setup was extremely easy. Everything was packaged neatly. Loading times are insane. I paired it with a 27" MSI Optix MAG27C curved monitor. I am known to have no less than 15 browser tabs open at any given time. I still play StarCraft 2 and I am looking to get more into gaming...just downloaded FortNite. I have had this computer about a month and I have zero complaints. The 2080 graphics card is amazing. The i8700 processor hasn't had any problems running anything I've thrown at it. If I built this computer myself, including software, I would have paid a similar price. I plan to get a few more fans, but other than that I should be set for a few years at least.

I had this computer for 5 days and the processing unit went out. It ran so hot it was like having a super heater by your legs and the tempered glass would nearly burn you if touched! It also comes with the cheapest ram I have ever seen!! Do not waste your money on this buy anything else!! I will never buy an iBuyPower rig again.

The computer itself seems good but I have had it less than a day. The mouse does not work and the keyboard is defective. The left shift and backspace keys stick badly and often do not work. Its difficult to type without those keys working properly. The SSD drive is from Western Digital which I have always found to be prone to failure.

If you have a great budget to spend, this PC is the way to go. The Zotac 2080 inside is a great and powerful card, a great choice by iBuyPower. It is almost as good as a 2080 ti in some benchmarks. The Card is very cool at a nice 60F in full load and can handle up to 85F. It is a triple fan config card and it is a very nice card to use if you are worried about it. The i7-8700K is a great CPU, it is clocked to 4.5 GHz, and i may have seen 5 before, not so sure but it is a beat for gaming and streaming. The water cooling inside makes it amazing for doing CPU-intensive things as well. The 16 GB of dual-channel RAM is good, clocked at 2666 MHz. Gets the job done The colors inside could be better though, a full RBG strip along the case I guess. That doesn't matter though, as long as I can run games at >144fps, I am happy and this did not disappoint after my old PC broke. If you are in the market for a new PC, get this one.

I did a lot of research before buying this computer, and I couldn't be happier with it. I compared its reduced price to building my own PC and this system came out cheaper and more convenient. It looks great, runs smoothly, makes no noise, and it's lightning fast.

After doing some research on this company and reading up on other customer reviews... I felt confident in purchasing one of my own iBUYPOWER PCs. Still using it to this day and still enjoying it. Made a few upgrades since purchasing with RAM and added a couple new SSDs. Definitely a fan and will continue to purchase from iBUYPOWER in the future.

This computer runs very smoothly. The only thing that is not that great on it is the SSD. Granted, it is a SSD, so speeds are way better than any mechanical hard drive. The RTX 2080 is a MSI Duke OC. The mother board is the ASROCK Z390 Phantom Gaming 4. Liquid cooling makes it not too noisy. I think noise level for me is amazing coming from my old 2007 build. I was going to build a PC, but this ended up being such a better deal. Especially for the card and i7-8700K. I 100% would buy again. One thing I should note that the box didn't have a power cord. I am going to call them about that. I used my old computer's power cord, but that is kindof a miss. Oh, another thing, you have 3 more area's for hard drives. 1 more 2.5" hard drive. and then 2 3.5" hard drives on the other side. Also, I think I saw 2 NVMe M.2 slots. I may upgrade and install a 1TB NVMe M.2.

I was in the store to get my daughter a gaming keyboard (K70) and saw the tag on the shelf for this... I couldn't believe the sale price... 1TB, w/8700k AND 2080RTX for less than $1600?! And they had one in stock?! It runs EXACTLY like I expected it to: FAST! Epic/Ultra settings in everything at 4K. Unboxed it, removed the foam and stickers, plugged in a display port cable to my monitor and powered it right up. All the components were still seated well from shipping, and not a scratch on the box. The cable management in the visible space is more than adequate.. would like to see better management behind the metal cover, but at least it's not visible.

I brought this product and found system is lagging so hard

I went through 2 of these and both just kept crashing. When I went in store to exchange for one, they pulled 2 others off the shelf that were broke right out of the box. The third I took home only to have it crash before I could even finish installing windows.

I got this PC for the Deal of the Day price of $1499.00 and it has been an awesome experience so far. Simple and easy hook up straight out of the box and my PC came with the MSI version of RTX 2080. The price alone with all the great parts and specs were enough for me to instantly buy this rig. I have done good amount of research about building my own PC around the same specs and you would roughly pay the same amount for what you're getting. Best Buy and iBuyPower is saving you time, effort, and headaches with this PC without you having to buy all the necessary parts from elsewhere. So take advantage of it! Everything runs fast, quiet, and sleek and I will use this PC for my business, gaming, video editing, etc. It is a beast of a machine that can handle any task you throw at it. It also has bluetooth capability despite saying otherwise on the specification list. So you CAN get this hooked up to your wireless devices out of the box. I don't have a legit 144hz monitor yet so I got this hooked up to my 4k 50" Samsung TV and everything is running smoothly. It can handle 4k resolution with 50-60 frames easily for the games that I am running. I am looking forward to upgrading the ram of this PC in the future and the RTX 2080 should last me couple of years. I would pull the trigger on this PC if you're on the brink of your decision. Would recommend it if you can get it while it is on sale 100%!!!

An awesome PC if you don't want to build your own. Right out of the box, it was easy to set up and it looked beautiful once you get it turned on. I got it while it was on sale, so it was a great deal for me. What caught my eye for the price was the RTX 2080 video card. Quick and simple, if you are looking to play the current games out right now and don't want to go through the hassle of building a PC, then this is great "starting gaming PC" for you. This is also a great gift for any gamer friend or relative of yours. I am happy with my purchase. I give it a 5 star for the price I got it at and it's a solid build for what is intended for.

This computer is amazing. It has all the high end things you want when you build your own (mainly gpu and cpu). People will say they skimp on the motherboard, ram, and power supply, but I have researched all of them and found that I couldn't even build the system myself for this price. The computer is fast enough to run 4k games on ultra settings at 120 fps. I also run a samsung odyssey+ vr headset with no lag at all. It's a great value and the gaming experience can't be beat.

not worth the money within a couple days the keyboard stopped working and the geek squad said to us to go buy another one and then the computer stop functioning completely after a week a having it

This is a great computer I have had it for a little while and have played tons of games on it. It eats pretty much everything I throw at it I have it hooked up to a 4K tv and it generally gets about 60+ FPS on most games at max settings. I have built computers for a long time but when you can buy a prebuilt for this price there’s really no reason to scour for the components yourself would definitely recommend this to any gamers both twitchers and casual!

Started to have issues with PC waking up from sleep and now hard drive is not detected. Took a chance on iBUYPOWER and Best Buy and starting to regret it.

Needed a well built desktop PC been wanting one for a while now and just never could find one that was what I wanted but also a good price. Then I saw this and talked to some friends to see what they thought and this is a great PC for the price super fast and can run every game that I want to play on the highest settings with no problems at all. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't wanna build their own PC but still get a cost effective great PC.

This computer is fantastic, has great components. Mine came with a zotac 3 fan 2080 in it, the other specs like cpu are very nice to have and help with my streaming very well. I stream 1440p content at 160fps without it moving at all. I had some trouble with the cpu cooler rgb, had to unplug it from the mobo, plug it back in and that seemed to fix my problem. Also the customizable lights are a great touch that if I built it myself, I would have avoided and overlooked. I did a pcpartpicker build of a basic replica of this computer and it cost 1750$ (that’s without assembly, for the same parts, granted the cpu cooler, mobo and psu weren’t ibuypower brand like they use in these) but still a solid price where you don’t have to worry about how much you’d save building it yourself. This is certainly the best deal at Best Buy for gaming desktops, unless you want to drop 5-600$ more for the 2080 ti version.

Computer doesn't sent signal to the monitor on first day of use. Very disappointed. Ended up returning it and I finally bought the MSI Trident.

I got this iBuyPower BB953, meant for some moderate to heavy gaming and simracing, to replace another brand that I had purchased which I returned after two days. This one, however, was surprising from the moment I took it out of the box. I originally thought this would have four fans in the tower for the CPU and GPU cooling, but I was pleasantly surprised when I realized it was liquid cooled. The PC was very simple to setup. One issue was that not all of the contents listed on the outside of the box were included. Mainly, there wasn't a restore or driver disk included. This isn't that big of a deal since the system does not have a disk drive. Another minor thing was that the antenna connections for the WIFI card were tilted, almost as if bent on the inside. The WIFI card worked so not a deal breaker. It was also nice to have the 1TB SSD instead of a smaller SSD coupled with a large HDD. There isn't a remote to control the lights on the interior or the front but the software was already loaded to do this and is easy to use. It did show three total lights to control but I have only found two, the large one on the front and the one on the CPU cooler. Within 30 minutes of taking it out of the box I had completed the required updates and had downloaded and started playing my first game. The system is very quick. One thing I can say IBuyPower did an exceptional job at was not loading all the bloatware. The PC only had the NVidia driver software, color control, office 365, and a Bluetooth control program installed. I LOVE THIS!! I didn't have to waste my time uninstalling a bunch of junk. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.
