I wanted to replace an older home computer and decided to go with this one. I'm glad I did. It boots fast, runs fast, shutdowns fast, it is just fast in everything it does. Having the water-cooled CPU is a huge plus. The RTX 2080 graphics card is great. Even though this has an I7-8700k 8th generation CPU, it flies. I couldn't be happier.

Ive had this beast running like a tank for probably little over 3 and a half years now Shes built like a brick house, Man when i say this thing can take a licking and keep on kicking , boyy do i mean it. Ive abused this machine beyond what a normal prebuilt is meant to handle, So far over the 3+ years heres what has gone wrong The build in RGB controller freezes the machine when trying to open the program to disable the RGB (meh no big deal) The water cooler was junk and lasted probably about a year, tried to rebuild it, function was only about 50% causing heavy loads and minor hardware latency, Replaced with Cooler Master hyper 212 black, , 50 bucks plus compund lets call it 65ish other then that, you got your typical blown out front usb hubs from whatever abuse it may have endured at that time 2080 still running strong CPU still running stong 10/10 would advise if you can find it,,, buy it .

This computer is the complete package. The pricing was excellent considering the 2080ti is the latest and greatest Graphics card on the market. My previous computer I had a 1080ti founders edition graphics card, I didn't think there would be a BIG difference between the 1080 and 2080 but it's noticeable with the games I play. For example when I play X-Plane 11 I am showing no less than 35-40 frames per second with no tweaks/overclocking. I would recommend this purchase to anyone! Great buy at BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!

It was broken! The video card was bent along with one of the HDMI ports.

I love that pc the only i didn't keep it , is i wanted more ports and hard drive, and was a little bit price, and one i replace with, have yet to fail me now , 5 years and counting

We are relatively new to owning a PC specifically for gaming but I have to say, this is the fastest computer that I have ever owned. In fact we bought a second one 6 months after buying the first so that we could have one in the office and one in the downstairs. Its completely silent and the liquid cooling is a huge plus. Its buildable and easy to see inside and open for cleaning the inside of the tower. My literal only complaint is that some of the lettering on the keyboard from the first purchase rubbed off a little bit (I think because we wipe it down frequently), which has happened to several of our keyboards from various brands. We both play games and stream from these computers and never have any issues. I would absolutely recommend these again and again!

I was looking for a replacement to my old IBuyPower laptop so I decided to get a desktop this time around. Why the change? I wanted to get something that I could upgrade later on if I wanted. I mainly bought this because it said it had the RTx 2080 graphics card. The card itself is not bad. Sadly there are 1080 ti's that blow this card out of the water. The components on this machine are pretty good and it does start up really fast. My Windows 10 configuration was done pretty quick. In general terms I was pretty pleased with the machine. But there are several reasons why I took a star. 1. No dvd drive (most of "gaming" laptops do not included then. I find that kind of absurd) 2. No M2 drive either (I found other cheaper PC's with at least a 128 GB M2 and an additional 1 TB ) 3. No bay slots on the case for adding 3.5 or 2.5 drives 4. The manual is pretty useless I ended up buying a 1 TB M2 drive just to find out that IBuyPower did not include the necessary screws for tightening the M2 drive down on to the motherboard (Way to go IBuyPower....). In terms of the machine's performance I have no complains, but if you are a PC hobbyist who likes to tinker with your PC, then this is not the PC for you.

I went into bestbuy knowing exactly what type of PC I wanted, but unsure of what pc to purchase. I asked the people from Bestbuy to help me find a suitable PC for my needs. Man, my expectations were low, but what I got was so much better and impressive than I'd ever imagined. I can play all of my regular games like Destiny2 and Overwatch to its maximum capacity and still hit FPS that blew my last computer out of the water. This is definitely a bang for your buck kind of PC. I'd recommend this build to any of my gaming friends.

I made a major upgrade buying this computer and for the price you pay, it is the best “bang for your buck” it has very nice parts in it. No off brand parts and works like a dream. There isn’t a single game that drops below 100 FPS on max settings. I highly recommend this pc to anybody that wants a amazing pc that is also absolutely stunning visually.

Bought this with my husband yesterday as we were looking to upgrade our 3-year-old HP Omen and this rally hit our expectations out of the park. With the Omen, we were having to run all games on the lowest graphics setting possible. It was SO nice to start her up and realize that she could handle having three games open at once and not have. A single lag spike (that was purely for experimentation). It was super easy to get set up, and was packed very well! Couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

A very fast and reliable computer that has one of the newest graphics cards to keep anyone playing for a while, the built in LED lights are also a cool touch. This model does not come with an LED remote, though, so you’ll have to manually go into the program to change it. One thing I’d like to note is that the instructions for setting up the computer for the first time are a tad bit different but it was not hard to work around the differences in the product or the manual.

Runs fast. 1 TB SSD is great. RTX 2080 in mine is MSI. temps max out at like 70 on gpu and 55 Cpu. Runs games like GTA V and Resident Evil 2 max setting over 100 fps on my 120 hz ultrawide gsync monitor. 3440 x 1440 Alienware. just went on sale today 2 days after I bought at Best Buy. will be price matching. Great deal at $1749.99 buy it now! Today is Also my Birthday so great timing!

This is my first gaming PC purchase ever, I was back and fourth wanting to build one or buy one pre built desided to go with this one because its ready to go right out of the box and can pretty much handle whatever you throw at it without needing to upgrade it, in this industry you get what you pay for if you go cheap don't expect the best results.. Very happy with my purchase very fast PC like I was expecting it to be. On top of all this I got it on sale for 1699.99!!!!!

I received this computer as a gift and I love it. The design is very attractive. I like that I can see into the chassis and see the different hardware parts. The system also provides some nice ambient lighting. This PC is well-rounded and very powerful. I have been able to play a variety of games with no problems. The graphics look great! Looking forward to getting a quality monitor to match my new quality desktop!

I just purchased this desktop today so I can't give a full review. However, this rig looks very nice and sleek. It is running very fast compared to my last desktop. Easy setup. Only complaint is: some visible wires were covering over the mouse and USB plug but behind the port protection piece. I was able to just slide them back behind the silver protection piece. (Hope that's where they go)

After my hdd on my old PC gave out I really wanted a good ssd ... searching for that I came across this beast ... looking at parts alone to upgrade my old rig to this was going to be over 2500 nope got this couldn't be happier ... after reading reviews before buying it i went head and got better ddr4 ram boot time with original nondescript wasn't bad 36secs however changeing over to 3200mhz ram dropped it to 26secs plays everything I throw at it on max settings

Bought this on sale and it's effortlessly running everything I throw at it maxed out. The price-per-component is a pretty good deal when you can get it on sale and the design is very simple and neat, not a fan of having a ton of LED's but some will prefer it. Opening it up is very simple so upgrades will be a cakewalk, though with what you're buying you'll be future-proof for a good long while.

I got this desktop in exchange of an HP I had to return because it was faulty. I don’t regret. This ibuypower have much better quality. It came nicely package so the components woudn’t move, and had instructions which a person who doesn’t know much about computer components appreciate. Very fast, easy to use. I play Ark survival and World of Warcraft un full epic graphics with no problems.

My first gaming machine. Great graphic's card, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Able to have 3 - 4 monitors. Lots of room to add and upgrade. I added 2 Samsung 32'' cured monitor and a 27'' to my system. What a difference from my older system. Very fast and upgraded my internet for even a better steaming. I plan on adding another SSD for more storage. Very pleased with the computer so far.
