Best Prebuilt Gaming PC.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the past 11 months I've been through 2 HP Omens. $2800 dollars later, (Discounted) I began to have more issues. I went to bestbuy once again and the computer experts told me how they wanted to punch the next person who sold somebody an Omen. I asked why and they began to explained to me how big of a fire hazard they are as well as how cheaply made they are. Not to mention it had a knock off RTX 2080 and the tower kept shocking me. (I contacted HP once a week for 5 months and they never responded) Bestbuy offered me an even exchange for the ibuypower tower, for the same price, you're getting name brand parts, an overclockable 8700k, a REAL RTX 2080, better ventilation and a liquid cooler. They even include a gaming mouse and keyboard. I've only had the computer for a day but I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW GREAT IBUYPOWER IS! I can't believe they actually send you paperwork thanking you for buying their product along with ways you can reach out to them if you have an issue. I already notice a HUGE performance upgrade from the omen. There is one issue worth noting though... they send you two black things that look like screwdrivers... turns out they are ANTENNAS. Your wifi will not work properly if you do not put them on your PC. It took me a couple hours to figure it out but now the system works flawlessly! Hopefully this review helped!

Outstanding performance and very reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this system a week and a half ago, replacing my old system (i5-2500k, GTX 970, 8GB RAM). I had built my computers prior to buying this system, and I did not want to deal with the headaches that come along with building your own system. I had heard of iBUYPOWER years ago, and back then I was leery of purchasing a prebuilt PC. I spent quite a bit of time reading reviews to see if I really wanted to go this route. The specs were not of concern to me, as an i7-8700k/16GB RAM/RTX 2080/1TB SSD is a killer system. When I opened up the box, I was impressed by the packaging and the ease of installation -- there was minimal clutter and unnecessary items involved. Upon starting the computer, there was no bloatware installed. The computer is extremely aesthetically pleasing, the LED lights are fantastic. I did have an issue where the CPU fan light would stay on after shutting down, but there was an option in the BIOS which allowed me to disable that. The performance of this PC is nothing short of outstanding. I have an Alienware ultrawide monitor and it is able to handle anything I throw at it with ease at 2560x1980. My only minor gripe is that the SSD slows down a bit when writing info (unzipping large files), I got an Apacer AS350 so I didn't expect super good performance from that.

I Bought a Powerhouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been doing incremental upgrades for 12 years, purchased a used skull canyon with eGPU, but was having heat issues so I decided to treat myself with this rig on a DotD. I am thrilled! This thing is a powerhouse and the price was right where it needed to be for me to make the plunge. Definitely recommend this one to anyone looking to step up their game.

Absolutely Love this Computer!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this computer a couple of days ago and I absolutely love it! Everything runs so smooth with a constant 60fps on the highest graphics. Within the first days of using it I have experienced no choppy frames or random freezes. I would definitely recommend this computer for anyone who wishes to buy a powerful gaming computer for a cheap price!

A powerhouse right out of the box!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ready for all the major AAA games right out of the box. The setup is a breeze you will be rocking your favorite game within minutes. The RTX 2080 powers through even the most demanding AAA games from The Witcher - COD/ Battlefield and everything in between. Future upgradability is a plus as it's been designed for gamers first and foremost.

Great buy, will need tweaks.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently picked this bad boy up to give it a shot, mostly because I was to lazy to want to build one myself. I will admit I was worried and unsure what I would get out of it. I mean the specs are awesome and price wasn't bad. Could have saved maybe a few hundred build it myself but I was lazy and didn't want to take the time and effort. This is close enough to what I would start with a build anyway. Got it home and fired it up, quick and easy no long installations or anything. Install the drivers and get your personal apps and programs on there and your gaming. I dropped right in at ultra settings, 1440p pitucre, 120 -150 fps it was great no issues. Well till I noticed the GPU was running hot and would have kept climbing if I would have let it. The cpu and gpu can run it no problem but that's we're the tweaks come. It definitely lacks on cooling, it needs more fans which there are 2 slots waiting or some liquid cooling when I overclock it. The motherboard isn't great either but works just fine. Drawback is just gotta turn the settings back a bit and fine tune it and it was running anything I want just in a little less quality. It runs 20 c doing random stuff and 60 - 70 c gaming out with no problem. I expected parts would needed to be replaced and changed around and this is a great start as a base for me to turning it to the beast it can be. I can game out and upgrade peacefully over the next few months. I'm very happy with the purchase.

My Dream PC!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's every thing that i could of dreamed of, it works, almost straight out of the box, (i say almost because there is the foam packaging that you must remove from inside of PC before booting it up, but that couldn't be simpler,) now despite what item description says, mine came with both bluetooth and wifi, i was expecting wifi, but not bluetooth capabilities straight out of the box, not sure if all units of this particular model are like this or what... but anywho, mine did. the only real downside is, in my opinion, the price point that best buy is selling this particular model for seeing as how amazon is selling the newer ibuypower desktop models with 9th generation processors for the same price... also, it would appear that this particular model makes you go out of your way to install an HDD (this model only comes with a 1 TB ssd, and that's it) extra sata cables are not included with this destop, nor with the hdd i bought, so i'm gonna have to special order a pair and a mounting tray/bracket for my hdd as well, as this desktop doesn't include any for a hdd by default. does come with an additional mounting bracket for another ssd if you can afford one though.

Great gaming PC ever for the money!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box this computer is super strong and with that RTX 2080 getting high FPS in any game is not a problem. RGB lights are key for a soothing unique look and being able to control them via software that comes with the PC is a must have in itself. Highly recommend to a close friend or family member. Well done Ibuypower.

Amazing PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing PC for it's price, prebuilt so you don't need to worry about messing with internal parts, frying a motherboard, or bending the pins on a CPU. Only problem I had was the Wifi card that came with it didn't work, so I had to take it out and use my old Wifi card, but everything else works flawlessly.

Great for beginners playing on PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first time purchasing a gaming pc and I honestly don’t regret this decision. This computer would not disappoint anyone playing on the pc for the first time. The price is worth it and it has never heated up. I’ve downloaded many games and still has not crashed nor has the desktop gotten warm.

surprise!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We didn't even know this came with a keyboard and mouse! Ahh!! Excellent price for what you get and it runs so smoothly! The Best Buy employee that helped us order this (they were out of stock in store) even said it's a great pc; both of his roommates even have the same tower haha

Great Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with this computer. Comes with Windows 10 Home. It should be pro. Also the LED inside the case turns itself on after you put the comp to sleep, regardless of the settings you use while you're awake. Prepare for some googling on how to turn that off. Power Supply is only a 650. Given the draw the 2080 card will take, it really should've come stock with a 750. Otherwise, it's quiet, powerful, expandable and pretty. G

Awesome Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is fantastic, set up was easy. I hooked up two monitors and it works great, the graphics made my game pop. The only problem I have is that there is no instruction manual, Im sure it is online and the free game does not to be included, no directions about where to go download it.

Cooler is worthless, ram is low end, and mb.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The water cooler by ibuypower is worse than a cheap coolmaster air cooler. The pump is in the radiator for God knows what reason, other than to slow down the water flow and block air. This worthless cooler gets the same results with a huge server fan, the double fans they got on it, one fan, or even no fan. It gets overloaded and cant keep it cool. The ssd is low end got 72 percentile on passmark, vs 2 year old evo 850 I've had that got 90. The mother board is some ibuypower custom asrock board that it's hard to find bios for. It doesn't exist on ibuypower or asrock, you have to find it on reddit. The mother board has really bad cooling, especially when you take into account they put the radiator fans on backwards. So what it is doing is sucking the heated up air from the case and blowing it through the radiator. Not that it matters because the water cooler is worthless, but this makes the mother board have no air flow on it. The program to run the lights doesn't exist except on some moderator of reddit ibuypower that shared a link to his database. The keyboard and mouse are junk, but that was a giving lol. So for 1649 the computer is a ok deal. The 1999 was a huge RIP off. I'll give them credit though at least they have good cable management, and they put the cooler on right. Mind you for the average gamer this computer would be fine. It runs at stock 8700k fine. Ibuypower does a much better job at making PC than cyber power.

Great PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC is a very good setup. It is fast because of the SSD Operating System and responds well with the very good video card and 16gb RAM. I think it could be better with an extra 16gb RAM and an input at the front for VR equipment. . It is also very quiet

Great Pre-Built PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a gaming PC in the past, an alienware 17 R3 with a 970 graphics card. So far, this blows it out of the water. I was hesitant at first because I'm not sure if 1 tb of SSD would be enough for me, but it is upgradable in the future for more SSD or adding a HD. The aesthetics of this computer are great and it is staying relatively cool during gaming on high-ultra settings. The only downside(I'm still giving it 5 stars) is the keyboard you get with it is super clunky and does not light up, so expect to replace that. Have not tried the mouse yet as I have a razer naga. Still a 5/5 and would definitely recommend!!

Great power, great sale price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this computer when it was on sale for $1499, $500 off the retail price. This is an excellent deal at this price point, the 2080 alone costs half of that at most sites. Most high end gamers look at "Pre-built" like a dirty word, but if you can get this computer on sale, you are getting a great deal and avoiding the hassle of sourcing parts and putting it together yourself. The computer runs everything on Ultra settings if you want and I can easily stream to Twitch at 900p 60 frames without losing too many frames in game. Mine also came with more ports than listed here. 3 USB 3.0s, 4 USB 2.0s, 1 USB-C are integrated. Then the graphics card also includes an additional USB-C. My card is from Gigabyte and also includes one HDMI and three Displayports besides the integrated DVI.

Incredible power. Quality Build.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't typically write product reviews because i typically just buy the product, use it, and forget it about it for the most part. HOWEVER, this is to date my largest personal purchase and i was unexpectedly hesitant regarding the monolithic price tag. I've always wanted my very own gaming PC but never had the funds. After deciding to guy big or go home I pulled the trigger. No. Regrets. Firstly, the build quality is stellar (And for 2000 it should be.) The RGB lighting matches the tempered glass door and steel case masterfully. Cable management is on point which seems to be a crap shoot with alot of other pre built rigs. Oh and I almost forgot, this beast plays everything I throw at it at ultra settings at 100+ FPS. Best Buy? I'm in love :)
