The LED strip was hanging inside the case but still had enough glue to attach it back to the case where it is supposed to go. The seller said it came with a game bundle, but the master code to download the game was not on the receipt so now I have to contact customer support at Best Buy... Also, I've been trying to get online support from ibuypower for over 20 minutes because the LEDs aren't being recognized by the computer.... this is sad beyond words for a $2,000 gaming pc....

Just bought it, took home, doesn't work..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I took my pc out of the box, took everything I needed to put off the plexy glass.. went to go start it, and a flash came from my graphics card, and it will not even turn on.. I spent 1800$ on this. I'm beyond MAD!! I'll be calling the store tomorrow. Yes I've tried resetting the graphics card and ram.

Called technical support, they said I need to pay $100 dollars for a technician to come fix the issue. all the software/driver are as old as 2016/2017, it's 2019 now!! Horrible experience.
