If you are looking to buy a PC then this is a perfect start for you. It can play any modern game at amazing fps and has amazing specs for the price tag. Was able to set the whole thing up in about 20 minutes, very fast and easy. I would 100% recommend it.

Great entry level gaming PC. Easy set up. Good price. Runs fast. Handles new games (Cyberpunk 2077, Call of Duty Warzone) very well. Was even surprised to find that the keyboard and mouse are decent quality.

I bought the BB991 from Best Buy and so far I'm loving it, its able to keep up with my favorite games as well as my graphically heavy programs!

Computer is Great so far. Easy to set up right out of the box. Had some issues making the purchase online with Best Buy & had some issues at the store when I couldn't make the purchase online after a hour on the phone with Customer Service. The computer is worth getting, just might be from a different retailer next time based on my experience with Best Buy...

Bought this for my son who loves playing PC games. Awesome price for the specs. He's used it daily for hours on end for the past 3 months and we haven't experienced any issues whatsoever. He loves the mouse it came with, similar to the one he had on an older model gaming PC as he prefers the feel of the side buttons compared to other more expensive models. We replaced the keyboard with a mechanical keyboard, not that anything was wrong with the one it came with, pretty standard in my opinion. Overall great purchase for the value.

Honestly with all the low to mid range parts in it it's actually a phenomenal PC for any beginner/starter build! I was blown away by what this PC is actually capable of, runs every game I have played on it so far at amazing quality and performance! And being able to add more parts to it to upgrade it as you go as been so helpful! If you don't wanna spend almost 2k on a new PC with high end parts in it this is the route to go! Excellent price for what you get! Highly recommended to anyone on a budget!

So far, this computer is incredible for the price. As a super user, I needed a system that would be able to keep up with my computer demands after both my previous computers were fried from a power surge. Out of the box, I was up and running in less than an hour. The longest download is for the Oculus Application that is 5.16 GB and that's only because CenturyLink service is horrible where we live. A UPS is a must have if you live in an area that experiences frequent power outages.

100% would recommend this computer to anyone, most efficient piece of equipment for the price tag, worth the price and definitely would get this computer as a gift etc.

It is really Awesome and It is extreme fast for only $800 bucks. Most gaming PC desktop cost $1500 or more

First of all this is my first gaming PC but i am not completely dumb when I comes to computer , I ordered it at best buy store in Maryland, in store Customer service was a 10/10, Delivery speed and accuracy is 10/10 with UPS ( I chose the free delivery). the Build quality in my experience is 9.5/10 but the reason I gave it 4/5 star is because for $820 have 16Gb RAM and don't forget to put a power cable with the product you're shipping to customers. But over my personal benchmark i did performed better then I expected. so vary good choice in my opinion.

Ok I am a console gamer but when I needed to replace the home desktop I decided to go with a gaming pc. It needed to run as a media and print sever in addition to videos and games. This pc covers all this with power to spare. Playing games using game pass and a controller is easy and looks good with good fame rate. For the price it is a real win.

Great pc I get high fps on warzone, fortnite and minecraft and the other games I play, but I've been looking on youtube and everywhere on how to fix these random huge lag spikes. I have good internet and the fps is high but then randomly I get lag spikes and I don't know what it is I just got this pc like around 1 week ago. Please if you have any solutions respond to this review, Thank you.

Its been working very well so far, and it's been able to keep up with all of my games!

first for the gift, kboard and mouse work really wl, u dont need to buy extra unless u have money or want to, it is not mechanical keyboard, 2nd the pc work rlly well, it can play gta 5 in medium setting, that how strong it is, love it

I bought the gaming PC after extensive online research, as a birthday git for my 14 year old son. The good - product is excellent. Powerful, quiet and handles all his gaming and streaming needs easily. bad - the out of box experience: I am no technophobe, but we could not get the dual monitors connected to the pc, as there were not enough ports. Called Best Buy - transferred to Geek Squad who said I should return unit to store for exchange. Already birthday experience becoming traumatic or my son. Got to store, no replacements available (!) but luckily, a staff member who happened to be passing the CS desk said 'Oh, do you have a port issue? Let me show you ..' and he proceeded to remove the 2 screen ports that were plugged with black plastic holders. "we have had loads of compliance about this' - so disaster averted (but I still had to buy an expensive HDMI>PC port cable to ensure the 2 screens would work. Summary 1. Great product 2. Awful out of box experience which can be simply fixed with better instructions for the (many) customers will look to connect their screens via HDMI 3. terrible Geek Squad advice that almost led to return and a birthday disaster 4. fantastic save by the staff member in store - but we got lucky seeing him as they were about to process the refund

I bought this to start gaming on a pc, I normally play on Xbox. Its awesome for a beginner that doesn’t understand how to build PCs or doesn’t want to do anything extra to be able to play. Its a great price and it runs all my games very smoothly

This is my first gaming PC and I am very happy with it so far! This is a solid starter PC for someone looking to get into PC gaming and not having to deal with building their own. Only thing I recommend for others looking to purchase this PC is to buy additional RAM cards.

So far, so good! I wanted an upgrade from my laptop so I could stream games to Twitch and record for YouTube. I have been able to run StreamLabs OBS (or OBS Studio, respectively) plus games such as a heavily-modded Rimworld at 1080P/60FPS, and it runs smooth as butter. I'm also glad that I'll be able to upgrade components as I need. Fans are SILENT for me, which is important when I'm recording! A complaint I have is the keyboard/mouse that are included aren't wireless, and have relatively short cables. I'd wanted to put the tower on the floor next to my desk, but have to put it underneath, where my legs go. It takes a LOT of room, there. Expect to need to upgrade peripherals if you also have long legs.

This a is great gaming PC, especially for those who just start in the pc gaming world. It was fast and easy set up and looks awesome with the RGB light lbs as well. My Son loves his Christmas gift and it didn’t break the bank either. Win win!
