I may come back later and write a follow up review. Purchase this as a first time computer for my son. Pretty easy set up. He is absolutely thrilled with his new “gaming setup!l He will use this device for school and gaming. So far so good.

a really nice pc!! I ordered this after it being recommended to me by a friend and i absolutely love it! it came super quick and was really easy to set up. i don’t really have any complaints. it runs great and gets the job done!

Just purchased this unit. Set up was quick and easy. Staff member was knowledgeable and check out/pick up was super quick. I think the price is decent for what I need.

My only complaint is lack of follow up from Best Buy. I called 4 times and waited approx. 15-20 min. each time before a geek squad member came on the line. Then, when supposedly trying to help me with a question I had, I was put on hold and after a few minutes the line went dead. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the PC. It just didn't come with a detailed instruction manual. I was asking how to clean the dust off the screens on the front three fans. I realize many folks are working from home, but that doesn't excuse being cut off 4 times. This always happens at Best Buy. If they don't like the tone of your voice or the problem is beyond their ability to solve, I don't know. COVID-19 has become an excuse for sloppy service apparently.

By far the PC for its price. This PC includes some pretty nice specs considering the price. Definitely a must buy if you are just starting in the gaming/streaming world!

Really good buy, my first gaming pc ever and I got to say its way better than I thought or heard. I came from PS4 so in my decision I think its been the best decision of switching over. Go and get yourself one of this baby.

great pc!! I tried running some semi heavy games on it and it runs super smooth. pricing is excellent, if you want a good and reliable pc this is the one.

Affordable with easy set-up. RGB looks super cool. Runs fast with no lagging. My 9 year old son loves it and feels like a big time gamer.

not a bad system. needs a few things thought. 1 a better motherboard, the neo forza ssd is super sketchy and it either lasts or comes brand new as a brick. some only lasting a year. so id recommend getting a new one if possible. needs more ram. 8 is not enough at all. but it is a good starter computer if you dont plan on running to much. as is i only use it for music production so it works ok. but once i get to many vst's going or to many recordings you can see it start to slow down. also 240 gigs is nothing and you can buy those hard drives for dirt cheap. im talking 50 bucks for one twice as big.

This is a great first PC. You cant beat it for the price you're paying. Easy to you and set up.

I purchased two of these gaming PCs for my boyz for Christmas. I was surprised that they wanted gaming PCs since they both have they're own X-Box. However, this is what they wanted, so that's what they got. These PCs look amazin'! When I finished setting them up, I was like "HECK, I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN ME ONE!" And, so far so good, they work great... according to my boyz. I'm not a gamer, so I can't talk about their performance, when it comes to gaming. But my boyz love them! So that's all that matters!

Just recently purchases this pc as an upgrade to my wife's old rig. Coming off of an AMD RX 560 into the 1650S was a pretty big step up. The computer runs great out of the box and the ability to change and control the lights delighted my wife to no end. Im not one usually for pre-buikts, but I feel I definitely got my moneys worth here. Super affordable compared to similar options. Definitely would recommend.

Bought for our 14 year old son which is an avid gamer and he said it is good he has no complaints it keeps up and doesn’t lag

This was my first gaming PC. I don't have any issue with this pc at all been playing EFT. I did upgrade the ram and power supply runs very smooth.

The computer is easy to set up and so far is very dynamic in response. What i do like is the system is upgradeable
