This refrigerator/freezer, a bare bones model, has been working just fine since delivery, maintaining temperature despite oppressive heat. I’m completely happy with the purchase and was fully pleased with the delivery process.

Best Buy purchase was the best deal that I found. I searched several others stores, but Best Buy had the cheapest deal. This is a beautiful refrigerator, very stylish, hold a lot of food. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This was the easiest process! I was able to view my product, ask questions via a real person, and pick up was super easy!! The product was just as described and was not damaged at all!

Is awesome garage fridge. Kept things cold even when the garage was cold. Bright light, spacious interior, simple controls. A foot fell off when I was leveling it but… I think that was User Error Lol

This is a secondary garage fridge. Looks great, works great. My only issue is the top two shelves are all wide and the smaller items tend to tip over. Other than that, we love it.

Perfect size single family homes my sister loves it

I couldn't review it since it won't go through my kitchen door. The windth of my kitchen door is 26.5 but the width of this freezer is 27.5. I ended up ordering a frigidaire refrigerator from Lows since best buy don't carry them in Bronx, ny

The first two gentlemen that deliver the first Refrigerator I did not like the service. They pushed it all the way up into the cabinet. The second group of guys that delivered the new one was pretty good they did a really good job they were very nice. They did a good job

So far it’s met or exceeded any expectations I had. So far no issues. I’ll update if this thing falls apart in 12 months .

Perfect for a beer fridge in garage. Reason for my purchase. The spaces on the grid/shelves are too wide and bottles tend to tip over. After a creative fix, all good.

I bought this for my garage. It is perfect for that or an apartment. For the Home, I would choose something a little better. I used plexiglass to cover the wire shelves. Shelves are strong enough to hold plenty of beers and sodas, however without plexiglass you will play 52 pickup every time.

Wanted an inexpensive fridge for our garage. Our choices were limited during covid. Ordered this online and had free delivery. Very happy with this experience and the fridge but we’ve only had the fridge a month. Hope it lasts.

Works well. Keeps refrigerated foods and frozen foods well. However, this is so noisy! You can hear it making it’s growling sound several times per minute. We had the first one traded out for this same reason. I understand that it is caused by the agent now required to be used for cooling. That may be true but seems like the copper tubing could be insulated to get rid of the noise. Unless the noise is corrected I would not recommend anyone buy this for use inside their home.

Nice refrigerator which works well. The wire of the shelves are just a little too wide so some bottles, cans, and jars do not sit very good but everything is chilled.

Checks all of our boxes for a budget refrigerator. We purchased it for a secondary fridge and keep it in our laundry room. Haven't experience weird sounds noted in other reviews, but do agree wire shelves are less than ideal. Happy overall.

It is a simple and good refrigerator. The drawers are a little small. The shelves wires have a wide space between them. But I like the simple quality.

I think the only thing that I would like better is to have deeper shelves in the door of the refrigerator itself. They’re too narrow to hold a gallon of milk even. But beyond that it works

A lot of ice builds up at the top which stops the bottom from getting cold, had a few instances where items went bad

Works fine! The only negative is that both of the doors definitely won't close on their own. Luckily, with a fairly small kitchen, it's a minor inconvenience.

Outstanding, no frills refrigerator. Perfect for a second fridge for a cottage. Energy efficient, quiet and reliable. Insignia brand product just seem to be well made and quality build. This refrigerator is no exception.
