Great experience so far with this model fridge as a second basement fridge for extra storage. Nothing fancy but high quality for the price. Does not run frequently and has lots of door storage. Very satisfied.

The freezer is very cold. Ten below zero is no problem. Large shelf for milk gallons is very strong and does not flex even with two gallon bottles. Sits flat against the wall and no coils to clean! The delivery crew was great!

Okay, so the fridge is alright.... but the shelves are wire, rather than a flat piece of glass, which I thought would be okay, but it's actually really annoying to try to balance small things on the shelf given the bars beneath. Also the magnet on the bottom door is really weak, so sometimes, when I close the freezer, the fridge door pops open. Not the best.

I didn't want a white fridge but this was the only one if its kind in stock. I keep it in the garage for drinks and when I'm cooking out. The fridge is great: it gets cold and that's what I needed.

Meets all the requirements for a garage refrigerator- black, holds Lots of drinks, large upper freezer, and moves easily with adjustable stabilizers on the bottom.

Good product for the price. The only complaint we have is, the fridge doesn't get very cold, even on the coldest setting. The freezer works as expected.

Great price for a quality refrigerator. This is the second time purchasing this model for another homebI have. It refrigerates well as well as the freezer.

Lots of groaning and moaning and the top door isn't closing by itself. Will be calling to see if they can fix the top door.

A basic refrigerator that does what it’s supposed to do. Max cooling setting for freezer only accomplishes 8 degrees F, and fridge section gets to 40 degrees at midpoint setting. We’ll-designed shelving.

Purchased for a rental house, never thought to use Best Buy but the price, delivery and installation made my tenant happy so thanks for the good customer service

the refrigerator works great, But I hate the shelfs inside!! Nothing can set on the Shelfs right , We will have to make something better to set things on so they don't fall this is a VERY bad set up. we didn't look at the inside shelf very well when we ordered it .But the Refrigerator works well, If you can get some things to set up !!!

It was delivered about a month ago. It is quiet and keeps items very cold. The cooling adjustment control allows you to cool to your preference. So far I’m very happy.

Good refrigerator. Happy with it . Difficult to put soft drink cans upright on shelves because not solid but other than that it is fine.

Our spare refrigerator finally died and we were in the market for a serviceable and economical replacement. The Insignia was the perfect choice. Right size, right price and the configuration we were looking for. Basic features that met our needs.

You get what you pay for. hate the shelves Doors do not tend to stay closed from time to time.

Works great as a garage fridge. It has lasted through the heat the past couple of weeks here and is a great location for us to store our drinks and meat for our smoker!

Bought this to replace a 2nd refrigerator. Low cost, delivered timely, light and works as expected. Works as expected for a " no-frills" refrigerator/freezer.
