Our kitchen refrigerator freezer was actually too small to handle our needs so this one is perfect! Plus now we have a place for extra milk and other perishables. Thanks to Best Buy for delivering it in 2 days.

Great value for a secondary refrigerator, very happy with the product upon delivery. Purchasing something online one would typically like to see in person it turned out to be a good purchase experience.

Nice unit great delivery but if you need the door swing switched you must pay for install. I did it myself but it’s a 21/2 hour job

Arrived earlier than promised. Thank you. The young men who delivered it were very professional and courteous. They were also very helpful. Installed my fridge quickly and took away the old fridge.

This is an excellent buy and works super. We are very happy to have a top freezer that works very good. We were given a time for delivery and set-up and the delivery guys were here on time and very pleasant.

this was the first big purchase for my apartment. I have always like the insignia products. whether it is things in the fridge or freezer it stays cold.

Have to push door close when it stops 3/4 of the way. Geek came to analyze and said some one would call but have yet to receive a call.

Very nice refrigerator. Runs quiet and keeps food the perfect temperature. Wish the freezer was a little bigger but otherwise it's great as my second refrigerator.

Perfect for garage. Cools fine, like the led lights. The only thing I don't care for is the two wire racks..just have to lay things down. The door shelves are nice.

We use this refrigerator in the garage for additional food storage. It works well but lacks in freezer space.

It is not as cold as my old refrigerator and I put it on level 4 out of 5. It was a good price compared to other models.

Everything went well with the purchase itself. Everything about the delivery process was a nightmare, created by an inept delivery person.

Disappointed! Just opened the box and the product has a dent on it. This is not a open box unit or a store display discounted one. As you can see on the picture, is still sitting on the package. Hard to say if it was a delivery problem or if it's a factory problem.

Inexpensive. Works well. A little small but great for 1-2 people in the household. If you are short like me, you can place items on top with a decent reach.

I called and talked to a Best Buy agent. The whole transaction took about an hour. It seems like it should have been a much shorter process especially since I knew exactly what I wanted and knew it was in stock. Plus the delivery had to be canceled by you all after I made special arrangements to be home. The delivery guys were real professional but one of the guys needed a shower badly.

using this fridge as a second fridge in our basement. The metal racks is the reason for a good vs. excellent review. Other than that no complaints.

Fantastic refrigerator. Bought it for my mother who was in need of an extra refrigerator. It has been an amazing item. Definitely recommend.
