Wow a great buy the salesperson was jus so friendly courteaus understanding my needs took the time out to explain the delivery date and more she jus went above and beyond to satisy my needs

Purchase was simple online. Delivery was professional and installation was done all for no extra cost plus they took the old refrigerator away for free! I always go to Best Buy for my appliances they are the best.

Had this refrigerator less than a year Refrigerator door has starting to stop sticking and the door will not stay closed. The refrigerator makes a lot of whinning noise & sounds like it's taking deep breaths, when we first heard it, we thought it was our neighbors making noise.

The overall visit the best i order again because of price service and update when coming and set up i will tell anyone to go best buy will not be disappointed You are well company and services are second to no one

We use this refrigerator in the garage for additional food storage. It works well but lacks in freezer space.

This is a good-looking unit and fits in nicely with my black and stainless appliances I was initially concerned about the wire racks but they have presented no problems so far ice maker does a good job and has kept up with family requirements

I purchased this fridge to replace the old fridge I had due to water leaks inside. So far the fridge is keeping the freezer cold and no water leaks.

Looking for a garage refrigerator. Went with recommendation of the Best Buy Salesman. The delivery people showed up on time and dropped the refrigerator with no setup other than plugging it in. Later upon leveling it, I found that one of the leveling legs was laying loose on the floor. All in all a very poor experience; I don't think they even spoke English. The big problem was that the door seals did not work. In going back and looking at the reviews, there was an overwhelming response about the same issue. What was taking place is that the seals are so weak (approx 1/4 inch thick) that whenever the freezer door is even gently shut it pops open the refrigerator door. There is little or no viable seal to hold the refrigerator door shut. This is a design problem that can't be repaired or can be solved with the replacement of the unit with the same brand of refrigerator. The entire brand seems to be flawed in my mind. The salesman, upon going back into the store, assured me that they sell a great many of these for garages and the return rate is not bad. If so, I was one of the many unfortunate ones that seemed to get one of the obviously defective, poorly designed, Insignia refrigerators. How I solved the problem: I went back to the store and identified another brand Whirlpool in my case, that met my needs ($200.00 more, thank you). I certainly would not ever buy another Insignia. The Salesman at the store advised that he could not make the exchange and the I had to call the 800 number. I called some overseas call center and spoke with a hard to understand person who although helpful, took an inordinate amount of time. If I had not been technologically savvy with my cell phone I would have never been able to complete the return and upgrade process. On the plus side; Best Buy, despite the delivery issue, issues about choosing inferior quality refrigerators to attach their brand to, having a difficult time understanding overseas call center, and a cumbersome return and upgrade process did the right thing. The process took several hours but the outcome was proper other than having to spend $200.00 more to obtain what will hopefully be a better quality product.

I missed the first arrangement for delivery and it was cleared right up when it was delivered the guys were amazing. The fridge works wonderfully

Our new refrigerator works like a charm and the black finish is so pretty! It has a lot of space inside. The shelf space seems bigger than our side by side refrigerator. We are so happy to have a working fridge!

Our refrigerator went out and needed one. Needed one that would fit where the other one went, Just by chance/luck you had one in stock. I was very fast and easy. Had it all set up in no time.

This is our garage refrigerator. Keeps temperature. Very simple design. We have had it for a month and have found no problems with it.

Nice unit great delivery but if you need the door swing switched you must pay for install. I did it myself but it’s a 21/2 hour job

Arrived earlier than promised. Thank you. The young men who delivered it were very professional and courteous. They were also very helpful. Installed my fridge quickly and took away the old fridge.

I called and talked to a Best Buy agent. The whole transaction took about an hour. It seems like it should have been a much shorter process especially since I knew exactly what I wanted and knew it was in stock. Plus the delivery had to be canceled by you all after I made special arrangements to be home. The delivery guys were real professional but one of the guys needed a shower badly.

It is not as cold as my old refrigerator and I put it on level 4 out of 5. It was a good price compared to other models.

Top freezer door does not completely close; really have to pay attention to that because ice will begin to build up.
