the internal layout is OK-could have been a little better-but I am not using it in the standard way

"Out of box" means used and returned. I was in a pinch without a fridge and the value seemed reasonable. I picked up the unit only to discover, it was filthy. Glass shelf was stuck in food debris. Took a day to clean it. Otherwise, the fridge works just fine.

Perfect for someone starting out wanting a dependable fridge. Excellent for a second man cave fridge!

This fridge looks great in our office kitchen! It works great and I love all the shelves. I especially like the shelves in the door because they are large and deep.

Bought this fridge to our second garage fridge... most the time I go to garage I find door open a crack.. yelling at husband/kids because I thought they were not shutting it... after a couple weeks of this come to find out it was popping popping open when I closed top fridge door. Such a bummer

This Insignia fridge has been a disaster. We received it 5/26/22 and on 6/27/22 it dumped water on our kitchen floor in spite of having no water or ice hook up. I called Insignia and scheduled a repair. That appt was cancelled without leaving a phone message or email. When I posted about this on BB’s Facebook page a helpful woman scheduled another service call. This, too was cancelled saying they had no one to send. I went back to FB and am still trying to get a service appt. BB wants to exchange the fridge which I do not want. The delivery people almost took out the front door and when I asked who was going to put the front door spring back they said they would for $100! Looks like BB can sell but not service. Buyer beware.
