The refrigerator met my need in a pinch. Didn’t know what I was looking for, but found it here. Thanks to the very nice sales lady.

I had gone elsewhere prior, but decided on Best Buy, well, my decision was correct because the quality and price far exceeds that of the other store.

This refrigerator was just what we needed for our garage to keep our beverages and overflow food in and the freezer is big enough for the bbq meats.

This Insignia fridge has been a disaster. We received it 5/26/22 and on 6/27/22 it dumped water on our kitchen floor in spite of having no water or ice hook up. I called Insignia and scheduled a repair. That appt was cancelled without leaving a phone message or email. When I posted about this on BB’s Facebook page a helpful woman scheduled another service call. This, too was cancelled saying they had no one to send. I went back to FB and am still trying to get a service appt. BB wants to exchange the fridge which I do not want. The delivery people almost took out the front door and when I asked who was going to put the front door spring back they said they would for $100! Looks like BB can sell but not service. Buyer beware.

Excellent Refrigerator and easy to install. Did not see any cooling issues until now.

The refrigerator makes a cow mooing noise and we don't no where it's coming from.

Good simple fridge. Had some trouble figuring out how to get the handles on but other then that it works like you’d expect a fridge to work

the internal layout is OK-could have been a little better-but I am not using it in the standard way

good refrain. , but it didn't come with a cold cut drawer and metal shelves don't hold small bottles very well !

Refrigerator was exactly what I expected and I am pleased with my purchase.

Clean, quiet, nice size and good internal layout. We bought the version without ice maker to have more freezer storage (didn’t need the ice).
