Good basic frig not much else to say about it. Service was on schedule.

Purchased a secondary fridge for our laundry room. We've been happy with it! Installation by Best Buy was great and on time!

Sturdy doors, temperature and shelves are easy to adjust

Bought to use in garage for extra refrigerator for drinks, frozen entrees and other overflow from kitchen. Temperature stays in the targeted zone.

This is a very basic unit that serves the purpose well. So far it is well built and has held up to the office lunchroom use. Seems to clean up easily and looks good.

Bought this for my daughter for her new place. She said it works great and is very happy i got it for her.

Got this for a tenant, it’s not I candy but it does the job if you’re looking for a refrigerator that does it’s job well this is the one.

I am satisfied with the Insignia Refrigerator. The delivery was later than promised on the website.

"Out of box" means used and returned. I was in a pinch without a fridge and the value seemed reasonable. I picked up the unit only to discover, it was filthy. Glass shelf was stuck in food debris. Took a day to clean it. Otherwise, the fridge works just fine.

I bought this for a rental. No complaints from the tenants. Delivery was prompt.

Working good the refrigerator . Brought at a great price and in stock. Will see how long it will last never brought this brand appliance.

I wasn't sure what to expect because of the low price of this refrigerator. Best Buy had the lowest price then any other store. I am very happy with this purchase.

This Insignia fridge has been a disaster. We received it 5/26/22 and on 6/27/22 it dumped water on our kitchen floor in spite of having no water or ice hook up. I called Insignia and scheduled a repair. That appt was cancelled without leaving a phone message or email. When I posted about this on BB’s Facebook page a helpful woman scheduled another service call. This, too was cancelled saying they had no one to send. I went back to FB and am still trying to get a service appt. BB wants to exchange the fridge which I do not want. The delivery people almost took out the front door and when I asked who was going to put the front door spring back they said they would for $100! Looks like BB can sell but not service. Buyer beware.

Works well, can’t complain, good for the price, no extra ice or anything
