MAKES LOUD NOISES AND TECH SAID IT IS COMMON

I tried to call customer service but was on hold for over 1.5 hours. I finally called a few days later and schedules a tech. The tech said, due to the new type of refrigerant, that these weird noises are normal due to oil that gets in the lines. It is very loud and distracting while the compressor is running. The tech said Best Buy won't do anything since it is such a cheap refrigerator. Do not buy this one as the tech said this is pretty common. Very disappointed on a brand new product.

Got this for damaged replacement but still not perfect. Freezer can’t close properly even installer from Best Buy didn’t even put the rubber inside. Bottom door always open everytime you close the freezer door that’s why always make sure you properly close before u leave. Best Buy installer are not careful installing the door or reversing the door, probably they’re still kids and u can tell after installing they’re waiting for tips.

We didn't notice this flaw when it was on the store floor. A word to the wise, buy a refrigerator with only glass shelves! Cooling is fair, unit must be kept on coldest setting to cool normally.
