Not functional

We knew when it arrived that the freezer was popping open when we closed the refrigerator door, but we thought we would just live with it versus having to orchestrate an exchange. However several times now the items in our freezer have defrosted because a guest closes the refrigerator door not knowing that the freezer pops open. It’s basic refrigerator functionality - ridiculous that this happens.

Nice refrigerator, but ....

The leak produced frost inside the freezer. We adjusted the gasket hoping to correct the problem. We did not call BBY customer support but may do so soon if problem is not rectified.
