After the first delivery in 2 days making terrible motor Noise. They picked that one up two weeks later. And brought another one. Came home from Thanksgiving. Open the front door and hears a none stop whining from the refrigerator. Wasn't cycling off and all my food in the refrigerator was spoiled. Freezer stuff was beginning to defrost. Unplugged the unit. Needless to say they are picking up the second unit...( Mind you it's taking almost 3 weeks. ) Tried to upgrade but nothing is available until well I to April.

I called to have it replaced. Nothing can be done till quarantine is lifted and delivery men can come and get it. For the time being it is keeping food cold.
