You can find other complaints on it in these reviews, YouTube (search "insignia refrigerator making noise"), etc. I spent time with warranty repair staff and they insist this sound is normal and fridge is fine. It's not a normal sound and super annoying. But because it took longer than two weeks to figure out the problem I'm stuck with this unit, and very disappointed.

Doors dont close properly

We litterally had to buy velcro straps for freezer and refridge to make sure it was closed tightly. Would definiltey not recommend.
