Upon arrival, there were 3 separate scratches on the front doors. Rather annoying, as most people prefer to put their own scratches in their brand new items. Plus it is a black finish, so the scratches are white.Then, upon setting everything up, we discovered there is no power cord. Called support and was told that it is a separate part that needs to be purchased. At no time did it mention power cord sold separately. This is incredibly frustrating, as I just spent $600 on a fridge; now I must purchase and wait for a power cord. Very disappointed in my first refrigerator purchase experience.
