We learned this the hard way after everything thawed out in the freezer within the first 6 weeks. Temperature settings are not very good. Overall, an average quality product.

Upon arrival, there were 3 separate scratches on the front doors. Rather annoying, as most people prefer to put their own scratches in their brand new items. Plus it is a black finish, so the scratches are white.Then, upon setting everything up, we discovered there is no power cord. Called support and was told that it is a separate part that needs to be purchased. At no time did it mention power cord sold separately. This is incredibly frustrating, as I just spent $600 on a fridge; now I must purchase and wait for a power cord. Very disappointed in my first refrigerator purchase experience.

Had about 2 weeks before I got a response of a time for a service call. Then they decided to exchange it for another frig. I then started shopping for another model and found one similar from Home Depot.
