    The refrigerator is solid, no issues there. However, there were several scratches and a dent when delivered which was not checked over by the delivery guys. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue..

    The spacing in distance between shelves is not a good fit. Either you don't have room for large drinks like milk or your middle shelf is only good enough to hold eggs.
