Gruff, irascible and uncooperative. Handle to fridge were installed upside down. The second team would not provide the tee piping to complete the water connection for the icemaker, The very simple, straightforward water connection with appropriate valve sits 2 weeks later unconnected. Frustrating, argumentative and incompetent service and customer responsiveness. Stay away.
