It was an open box purchase so the deal was pretty good, my only complaint was we received NO paper work as far as instruction, warranty etc. Not a big deal, because yes it was open box. We also paid for a haul away of the old fridge, because of Covid 19, Best Buy has not picked up old fridge. To be honest, not sure I'd buy from them again

Refrigerator does not cool food

I had it on the highest setting and it still had condensation on my meats and vegetables. I went and ahead and returned it for an exchange and the same thing happened. I would not buy this until Inginia works out whatever is going on with the product. Note, the freezer worked great - it was the refrigerator portion that did not cool.

Nice Beginner Fridge
