Car charger cord

The spiral cord has just about zero give to if which makes it impossible to use your phone if it’s plugged into the charger. It will pull right out

Hi Melissa, hank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the 20W Car Charger Kit especially the issue with the spiral cord having almost no flexibility. A charger should make things easier, not harder, and it’s understandably frustrating when the cord pulls out while you’re trying to use your phone. That’s not the experience we want for you.
