Good quality washing machine … absolutely no vibration and runs very quiet… would recommend for the price

Similar frame quality to that of Speed Queen (unfortnuately speed queen has gone downhill). Washer quickly (52 min on heavy duty) and cleans well. Only issue I've had is that the RPM is so high on spin that it has load balance issues requiring it to stop and have me re-balance it after it throws an error code.

Sometimes the washer seems to sound pretty loud but works wonders. They hold large loads like blankets. The dryer works great dries loads pretty fast. In all a great pair to buy.

The machine work ok not great but ok dont remove dog hair on winter pants but for the rest is ok is not loud feel strong machine easy to clean and great price on the black friday was a great purchase

Nice large deep tub with a clear lid for observation if you are into watching your clothes wash

The washer was delivered a day sooner which was perfect because it stormed the next day. The install was easy and it washes well. I like the easy functionality of it, my teens know how to use it properly. I’ve had it almost 2 mos now and no complaints. Good purchase for the price.

I like the washer it's a very sweet and cute little washer I just hate that it doesn't stay balanced I might have to use the warranty already but I don't know it could just be me

I read reviews and seemed like a good purchase. I have had the unit for 14 months and the agitator / spin cycle is out. It’s past it’s one year manufacture warranty and I didn’t purchase the extended warranty so I have a local repair man coming out. It’s either the motor is out or the agitator is bound up. I am pretty good hands on DIY guy but not much to read about repairs online with this product. Anyway sure thought it would last longer.

It has been working pretty well so far. My heating bill is much higher though now

So far works as expected. I like having a the stainless steel tub with the agitator easy to use features is also a plus.

To be honest, I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on the Best Buy site. I’ve enjoyed using the washer. I appreciate the large tub inside and how clean the clothes are when done. So far this has been a great purchase.

It works well! It washes super well the only downside is sometimes the sensor throws off the washing time due to if I’m washing pillows or what not and it somewhat messes up

It has been two years since we purchased this washing machine. The only thing we have ran into is the machine needs routine draining from the back because it holds water from previous washing and if we don't drain it, it will begin to smell like mildew. We need to get it fitted with a second hose.

Purchased this when my washer crashed. I was looking for a cheap replacement. Although I wasn’t familiar with the brand, I gave it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s surprisingly a great machine. Would definitely recommend.

Really like this washer. It seems to do a great job washing clothing and is fairly quiet. Has enough different options to suit most every need. The guys who delivered it and set it up were great too arrived on time and made no mess and hauled away the old one just as promised.

So far this washer works great. We decided to go back to a top load washer. No more front load washers.

We received this as a gift, and I love it! We’ve had it for about a week now and I have no complaints. Looking at the reviews I was a little bit afraid, but I think a lot of people don’t understand that a high efficient washer uses less water. My clothes have come out clean and the washer is big enough to wash my comforter so no dry cleaners for us!
