Purchased this when my washer crashed. I was looking for a cheap replacement. Although I wasn’t familiar with the brand, I gave it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s surprisingly a great machine. Would definitely recommend.

Great washer, great capacity, easy to use Easy to clean and clothes comes out clean in one wash

Im having to get used to the new machine with selecting the correct load. I have to babysit to make sure all clothes are under water for them to be washed. It’s been taking a little while to get used to it. The washer takes a long time in the normal cycle but on the quick wash which is 30 minutes the wash cycle is only 7 minutes and then it takes the rest of the time to rinse and spin cycle. Other than that issue it is a good washer. Just have to get used to it.

I love this washer! The delay feature is just one of the many reasons. There are lots of settings, the lid is see- through, which I find appealing as well large capacity, quiet, has child lock, everything is easy to read and navigate. The tub is deep and you can wash almost anything. I thought the agitator would be a hindrance, but I don't mind it. It may not be a high-end washer but it performs very well and you can't beat the price. I definitely would recommend buying this washer.

Not the most amazing washer, but does its job. I purchased this as an Openbox on Feb. 1, and it took almost two weeks for Best Buy to deliver and install it (which they failed to install it correctly). Wished I did more research on this washer before purchasing it since I'm not able to return it. From day 1, I had issues such as the E1 error code on the rinse cycle, and the washing machine being unbalanced. My home is an older home, so it is not up to date with the washing machine. We were able to make it work though. For the E1 error code, we noticed that the cold water didn't have enough pressure during that cycle so it just stops the whole thing. We called in a plumber and he was able to fix it by replacing the cold water hose and faucet since it was eroded. Also, I've noticed a lot of issues on the reviews about it being unbalanced. My plumber noticed it, and there's actually a black, small mechanism at the bottom (will attach a photo). He was able to hand screw it down to balance my washing machine. That is how we fixed the uneven washing machine. Overall, from the beginning, we had many issues with this washing machine from having it delivered to our home, the installation, and usage. Don't be too amazed by the many washing options because I feel like it's not that great when optimizing it. It's been a long time since we've got a washing machine, so I would've been happier with a basic washing machine instead of this. After a lot of trial and error, we finally got it to work!

I love this washing machine. the economy cycle the fact that is energy and you can the wash program based on how dirty your clothes are, delicates to extra duty. different water temperatures including an economy warm. Most important it's not quiet but it doesn't make a lot of noise I always forget when it shuts off because I can't hear it. I'm glad I made this purchase

It works well! It washes super well the only downside is sometimes the sensor throws off the washing time due to if I’m washing pillows or what not and it somewhat messes up

Somewhat good HE washer. It has a big capacity for clothes, sleek digital knobs for washing selections, see through top loading door. Kind of complicated when you choose to select the wash cycles. Overall, its pretty decent and affordable. It just takes so long to do a heavy wash cycle. Prepare to wait more than an hour and a half.

The washer was delivered a day sooner which was perfect because it stormed the next day. The install was easy and it washes well. I like the easy functionality of it, my teens know how to use it properly. I’ve had it almost 2 mos now and no complaints. Good purchase for the price.

Similar frame quality to that of Speed Queen (unfortnuately speed queen has gone downhill). Washer quickly (52 min on heavy duty) and cleans well. Only issue I've had is that the RPM is so high on spin that it has load balance issues requiring it to stop and have me re-balance it after it throws an error code.

So far it seems a good machine. Pretty quiet and easy to use

On time delivery installed well with good communication from the technician that the water Spicket needed to be replaced as it was leaking. They Holdaway the old machine without making any dents in the wall. The washing machine itself was not really high end, but this property is a rental. It’s not the first time I’ve used Best Buy for place appliances at this rental. Last time it was a nightmare, but it was during Covid pandemic And the appliances I ordered or canceled and then backorder and then promised to be delivered four times and never showed up. This was nice to see that Best Buy can be relied place appliances when I live out of state.

Really like this washer. It seems to do a great job washing clothing and is fairly quiet. Has enough different options to suit most every need. The guys who delivered it and set it up were great too arrived on time and made no mess and hauled away the old one just as promised.

The machine throws the clothes off balance so that the barrel bangs off the side and the machine tries to come out of the laundry room. It stops and wiggles them to try to move the clothes around, but once it tries to spin, it throws them again. Eventually, it will error out or fill it back up with water so that it takes several hours to get one load done. If I pause it to spread the clothes out by hand, it throws them all to one side as soon as it starts up again. It is balanced. I check it all the time. It does not work the way it should. It’s beyond frustrating!! I spend an hour pausing it and trying again and again and again. I have to babysit it. And it makes me crazy because I still can’t get it to work. We even tried to ring out the clothes by hand just to make them less heavy. Like it’s insane because we own a washing machine. It just doesn’t work. The pictures are of a small load just a few things. The first picture is me spreading them out. The other pictures are a few times after it tried to spin them again. The machine throws it off balance! It’ll do that for any size load unless it’s so huge that things can’t move. But we just don’t have that many clothes all the time. But it’s the only way to get it done. And when I say so huge I mean you have to pack it down in there so nothing moves. Like two full laundry baskets. If you just put in a full looking load, by the time it soaks it in it will be half full, and then it will all pile up on one side and not finish the load.

Didn't know it was he. Thought i bought a standard new washer. At 1 st I didn't like it because it took so long to wash clothes then I got over it. Washer does and amazing job washing clothes

Love it! It’s quiet, the settings are nice and it was very easy to hook up!
