This is the worst experience. I purchased a 75 inch tv and picked it up in the store. When I unpacked it I discovered the screen is cracked The call center said that I must deal with this issue at the store. However there is no way to call the store, all calls are routed to the call center which creates an endless loop. The reason that I would like to call the store is because it is a two hour round trip and I would like to have worked out a resolution before I go. In addition the representative at the call center refused to let me speak to a supervisor. This is terrible customer service. Do not purchase from Best Buy any savings is not worth the poor customer support

insignia 75” we love it enjoying Football season beautiful picture and color.

Ordered this tv twice and both times they came on with defects. I assume its just a problem with insignia, as i ordered a different brand with no issues Plus the software is buggy and glitchy and slow. Not worth the headache of it constantly crashing

Terrible it was broke and the store wouldn’t replace it setup a appointment to fix all to cancel the appointment and tell me it’s nothing that can be done

Great TV for the price! The picture quality is clear and vibrant, the sound is good, and it was very easy to set up. I use it for movies, streaming, and gaming, and it performs really well. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great sound and picture! Easy to setup. Too large for my living room so I may exchange to a smaller size. Delivery for this size is better than driving this tv home.

I'm all about value and this Insignia™ - 75" Class QF Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV fills that category for me perfectly. Great picture quality, free delivery, and setup was easy out of the box. Paired it with an Insignia™ - 5.1.2 Channel Home Theater Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Rear Speakers and voila, I can enjoy watching movies, and sports at home. Worth every penny.

I bought this for price and size. As far as size its a nice tv being a 75 inch. Sound is good. The amazon platform is a little laggy and I have added the latest firestick to it and it fixed the problem. The picture is good but not what I am use to with the Samsung Curves. The blacks pixelate and sports are not crystal clear they are a little grainy. Seems the technology has moved forward but there are so many versions of tvs now you can get sucked into features that dont matter. for 449 delivered its a cool tv

After having to move out of my house, I found myself without a nice tv. This thing is pretty awesome. I left a 75" LED at my house(which I liked), but this 75" QLED just seems to have an even better picture. It has plenty of inputs/outputs. The speakers, to me, seem more than adequate, albeit I am not an audiophile. I originally was streaming with the built in wi-fi, but only for a few hours. It worked well, but the place I am renting has a direct connection to the router behind the tv, so hooked it up using a CAT6 cable, that works well too. I did, since I had the equipment, after a month hook this thing up to my stereo receiver thru the EARC HDMI, and I can say it works well. It has an audio Optical out, and my receiver does have that option, but reading online, the EARC supports better audio, so went with that. With the relatively low price, I thought it was a steal for a QLED tv, I can honestly say after seven weeks, I love the tv and have absolutely no complaints.

We got this TV as a wedding gift and it has been fantastic! the picture is great, sound is incredible, and it’s bright enough you aren’t struggling to see anything really dark. Highly recommend!

The tv is easy to set up , has good connectivity, and speed . Wall mounting was easy. The picture is more than acceptable for its cost . Bang for buck this is an excellent value. I have two of this model in my house and appreciate the ease of the fire tv control app for using both when moving into different rooms.

We recently were on the market for a new living room TV, OLED has always been something I've wanted I just recently got a oled PC gaming monitor and that sold me to pretty much send it on this TV, I went saw the model in person at the store. Had originally set that up for delivery but that was a disaster, ended up just getting it myself. The Colors are actually insane definitely would recommend this Tv for someone not wanting to spend thousands but a budget entry level Oled for the price, colors are 10/10 sound is mid but we use a sound bar, sometimes the wifi acts up but it's just as simple as turning it off and on

This is my second Insignia. The first one worked well for years, except for the remote control, but I was happy with it. That’s why I ordered a second one. Loved it.

This TV is great, especially at the price point. I'm replacing an older Sony with this Insignia. I first purchased the 50" Insignia, liked the easy setup and picture quality, so decided to get the 75" QLED too. No complaints, brightness is fine, detail is decent.

The picture is fine. The television is very light and easy to mount. The first television had a pixel that was stuck on green about a week after purchasing it. I got a hold of Best Buy and they came out and exchanged it so I appreciate that. Hopefully the second one holds up. Time will tell. I cannot review the sound since I'm using a sound bar. The picture is very bright with good colors. It operates very smooth as you navigate the menus. Other than the bad pixel on the first one, I have no complaints.

I absolutely love this TV. The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, and the size fits my space perfectly. We love our new TV! The QLed screen really allow the colors to pop when watching it. My only dislike, and it’s unfair to call it a dislike, is the sound. Because the speakers are in the back of the tv and ours is against the way so it muffles the sound a bit. But we also have a soundbar so that definitely addressed that issue. Other that, the tv is great!
