My second IP. I've already used the Sous Vide function on this one and LOVE it. I like the custom option on this IP putting me more in charge of how I want to cook something versus pre-set programs. I'm also very, very pleased with the change to the release button for the pressure cook function.

I have couples weeks with this instant pot, I used once and I agree with some reviews, when I select sautéed after couples mints give me an Error. I Needed it to turned off and on several time until I sautéed everything that I needed to, I didn’t like that at all, its waste of time, supposedly one of the benefits of instant pot is that food can cook faster, with the sautéed option/ error is not the case.

I don't know how I lived without it! I'm surprised at how fast I can cook! Complicated meals, take less time! All you do is throw everything in the pot!!! Enjoy the feast, I am!

Love it. They have come a long way. This is like the Cadillac of electric pressure cookers. Handles on pot and a simple release valve with cover over vent.

I first used the pot on yesterday with a recipe I found on the internet. It would normally take al day to make beef stew and I was able to make it within an hour.

Wonderful deal price, have been researching to buy an Instant pot for a while and this model definitely looks upgraded with their features and build.

There is so much to do with this machine that it can be overwhelming, but once you get familiar with the functions it will definitely live up to the hype. Best invention!

I updated my old pressure cooker to this one and I really love it. I love that it have a lot of pre setting you can do a lot with it. Super happy with my purchase.

I have not had very much experience as of yet with my Duo Evo Plus, 8-qt Multi Cooker. I was so excited to get it and start cooking in my Instant Pot. However, so far, I have found it hard to follow instructions since the manufacturer did not provide instructions with the pot. When I went to the internet, I became frustrated because I was in the middle of cooking in it and guests were coming. After locating the manual on the internet the manual was in a foreign language, and it was not immediately apparent how to change to English, and I did not have the time for searching. I am hoping that with time I will learn more and be able to cook some good meals.

Nice pressure cooker until about 9 months of use, it stopped holding pressure and won't cook. Waiting for a response from instantpot.
