    Awesomeness. Does exactly what I need it to do. For only 10% less performance than a 10600k, and almost half the price. You can’t go wrong if you need a processor and are on a budget.

    this is one of the best budget processors I could find, the performance is very good for 1080p gaming and stays in low 60s Celsius.

    Great upgrade for the price. Upgraded a PC from a 7700 to the 10400. IMO not worth spending the extra $$ for the 10600.

    A fast 6 core and 12 thread processor in todays market. As of 5/23/2021 it is ridiculously hard to get graphic cards and even most Ryzen CPU's, so for price to performance PLUS onboard graphics this is well worth it. I have this in my wife's PC and it definitely is an ehancement this is basically an i7-8700 CPU for a really good price. If you're building a PC in 2021 and need a CPU with graphics till you get a GPU this is the CPU for you. Of course there are CPU's with overclocking and higher base clocks but for this price this is definitely not bad especially when the K version is almost double the price.

    Great processor. Does not overclock but I wasn’t looking for that anyway. Said to be entry level. I disagree this i5 is just as good as the others. It’s all I needed.

    Love Intel Processors. They will always be the top. For years AMD touted that they were the best, so I would buy them. I was always disappointed. I will now always buy intel

    Works perfectly. Assembled a new PC for videos and minor gaming with GTX1050 ti. That can run most of games smoothly in 1080 p.

    Really great value for gaming RX 6600 can’t even max it out, RTX 3060ti barely maxes it out at 1080p

    Brought it back and replaced with AMD Ryzen 7 3800 chip instead. It was difficult to install chip cause there are no real pins like AMD and impossible to find orientation without a magnifying glass, ultimately, it looked like the nubs on the socket were bent ??. ditched the entire architecture and went AMD.

    Current Gen LGA1200 chipset means you need to upgrade everything BUT the specs and stability of this cpu will ensure a long lifespan with proper care.
