Sent wrong one

I kept it hidden before opening it to wrap for his birthday. When I opened it up, it was the wrong set. I would've returned it for the right one but they only gave 2 or 3 weeks for that to happen and I had passed it by a few days. Bummed to spend so much and get the wrong thing. Product is quality though.

When I received my item it was a completely different set of characters. My son who is 3 was very upset . I feel as if the Best Buy employee’s should have called me and told me I would be receiving different characters .

Wrong toy

Then as soon as i open it is not what I was expecting. It was a totally Different Toy pack then what I ordered. the characters inside are decent though. I personally wont be shopping threw the website again.
