i am going to be honest here, i am a BOSE fan and head Soundlink 2 for 4 years and the battery started to drain slowly and this particular JBL speaker had some good reviews and was on sale and i thought i would give it a try and purchased it. It is not a bad speaker at all, it is a very loud speaker. If you don't care about sound quality this is a very budget friendly speaker and yes i still have it and will bring it to the beach with me, since it is water and dust resistance. The reason i brought up BOSE sound quality is because they are amplified so it sounds better thats all. So, after all again JBL charge 3 is not a bad speaker and i kept it and will use it for outdoors. Hope this review helps!

Bought my JBL speaker for home and Lake use. Absolutely love the fact it stays charged for 20 hours and the sound quality is excellent.

I researched several Bluetooth speakers from several sources. The JBL Charge 3 met my price and sound quality requirements. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Great sound and long battery life. 4 out 5 stars due to the difficulty in synchronizing the speaker to other JBL speakers.

This is a good quality Bluetooth speaker that you can take with you. It has very good base compared to the competition. Did have a JBL flip 3 and just wasn't powerful enough. If you're looking for something with more power better base this is a good option

Bought this for my step dad. I own the previous model and love it. Simple to sync, love that you can use it like a spare battery too.
