The Charge 3 speaker sound is great. The fact it is also waterproof, even better. It is very portable so I take it wherever I want. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a great portable water proof speaker. I used it on the lake without any problems. Has great volume and more bass than other speakers around this price.

I went to the store to test the Bose, Sony,and these speakers. I found Bose to be very quiet for its size and quality. Sony sounded loud but distortion and this JBL speaker was loud and clear. I made the set up of this speaker in a room of 16 m^2 and the sound fills out the room pretty well without distortion. The only bad is missing a few treble but this is only noticeable by audiophiles, but with a few tweaks with an equalizer app is more than enough to get nice quality sound in all frequencies.

This speaker is the excellent outdoor, hanging out speaker. Awesome battery life, charges your phone, ability to answer calls and voice commands, and a decent Amount of bass

Speaker is loud, floats on water, but not loud on water. You can hear it when you are under water though. Does not have sound when submerged. Long battery life.

This product is easy to use it fill the room with great sound and has the flexibility to hook up with other JBL speakers. It provides an additional port for charging my phone

I bought this for my sailboat. It offers amazing sound. The battery lasts all day, if not more. I can even keep my phone charged with it so it doesn't die while streaming music.

I have both this and the beats pill. I love the bass on the JBL and the overall sound quality is better on the JBL too. It’s a bit bigger but so is the sound.

Very rich sound, profound bass considering the size. Battery is very decent Speaker and reflector are exposed, se be careful with corners, sand, dust and other objects

Upon purchasing my JBL charge 3 speaker I compared it to numerous other Bluetooth speakers of similar size and I will say I'm very impressed with how loud it is. When positioning the small side woofer into a corner the speaker will develop a deeper tone to cover a more full range of sound. Also has a pretty good battery life, I charge it Sunday and can listen to it through the whole week off and on with only one charge. One more thing, I don't use it for my phone calls, i turn it off when calls come in because it seems a little harder to hear through than my phone. Overall I'm satisfied with it.

Price, quality, and durability are top notch here. I’ve dropped this speaker on concrete, not even a scratch. Excellent sound and battery life is very long.

This is the best mid-sized portable speaker. The sound is excellent. Easy to carry it around anywhere. Battery lasts vey long. It's very study and rigid.

This is one of the better buys I have made recently. The sound is excellent for such a small set up. It hooks up to Bluetooth products very easily and is rechargeable.

Great size and sound; the 20 hr charge is hard to believe. The kids won't leave it in it's designated spot in our house. I guess they each need their own! A great gift idea.

We needed this for a patio mount tv and needed a way to get sound down to the table area where we sit (the tv is hung up a bit higher). This was paired up with a Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD (sucky , non bluetooth accepting TV). It was paired up using a dongle. The little gadget packs a fantastic sound wallop. It's clear and easy to hear. The small footprint takes up very little space. If anything the ONLY thing I didn't like was the oddly colored Orange plug and cord (but orange is the JBL signature color) I swapped out the cord at least to make it less noticeable. But, I'd buy it again and suggest it to friends!

Love the sound and how long the battery lasts. You can even charge your phone to it. Multiple phones can connect to it and its water proof. What more can you ask for?

Easily believe this is the best portable speaker for the price. Great sound, waterproof and it can charge your phone and link to multiple other charge 3s. Worth every penny.
