When I do this, I hang up on the person I’m talking to or the music stops. Other than that, these air phones have great sound quality and canceled out outside noise. I love these, and would recommend them.

First and foremost is the fit of these buds is VERY uncomfortable. They feel like they are sized for a child instead of an adult. Because they are so small it's really hard to get them into your ear properly. This causes them to sound really bad because they don't fit properly in your ear. No ambient passthrough mode or app on your phone to control these things either. Just all around not a great product.

Forced to connect Google on Android to work.

After charging them up I found that if you have an Android phone as I do it will connect with your google account to activate and work. It will not let you connect it to your android phone any other way. I don't want google listening to or recording my voice nor do I use voice commands on anything else I use. I am sure you can turn the feature off, as I am just as sure that I totally trust google to protect my privacy and information.... NOT

We recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case to see if it helps. You my also try a factory reset. First, remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults. If you need more help with your unit, please reach out to our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.

PROS - Very confortable, you forget you have them on - No matter how intense your workout is, these will never fall from your ears. - Very good sound. Deep bass and clear highs. These get really loud! - Waterproof - Great battery life (30 hrs) CONS - Built quality could be better. The charging case is plastic and it feels kind of cheap. But then again these are only $100 - The touch controls. It's hard to get used to it and actually remember all the commands. Conclusion If you are looking for affordable workout headphones these are the way to go. They are some of the best out there in this price range.

The earbuds are comfortable and the wrap around makes it secure. Set up pretty easy but getting use to the "tap" in lieu of buttons.
