It sounds as good as my sony tower speakers, great crisp bass, clear highs, purchased a Bose similar speaker and didn't like it, returned it and bought this one. My daughter uses it for her dance room instead of a big system that takes up too much space.

This is the best little speaker! To be so small, it has a lot of sound and is clear. We use it around the pool and have enjoyed listening to music while swimming and floating. It was super easy to sync to the iPod. I first heard about this JBL in a magazine and it had high ratings.

This is a great speaker for the money. Own a bose sound link, but, needed another speaker that was easy to carry out of the house to the golf course. The depth of sound is not comparable to the Bose speaker, but for the money, convenience and ease of use it's a great option.

I took this on my trip with me to DR a d ir worked wonders in my hotel room. The volume is great for such a small speaker. I was absolutely impressed. I also use it at home in my bathroom. I have to have music when taking a shower. I love this speaker

I have owned JBL flip speakers for some time now. As a teacher it is a great speaker for the classroom. Both when showing clips, documentaries, and playing music. It is also a great speaker for a bedroom or small apartment. Definetly gets loud enough for the neighbors to hear.

For its size the speaker is great. It doesn't get extremely loud but it does the job. This is the second one I brought. This was a Christmas gift and they loved it. The price is right too!

I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day, I was on a budget so stayed away from the high end (Bose) speakers. My college-age daughter, who is a musician, came with me to listen; this speaker rivaled more expensive ones in terms of bass sounds. We are not audiophiles, so I'm sure that more expensive brands have better sound quality but this speaker fills the room with a nice, rich sound. It's been great to amplify skype as well.

This speaker produces a great punch dispite being so small. The battery life is also great.

This speaker was a Father's Day gift from my children to their Dad. It was a great price for such an amazing speaker. The sound quality is crystal clear and this speaker can crank it up! He loves the speaker and carries it everywhere with him!

Bought one last year during Black Friday. My mom loved it so much, I ended up giving it to her, and buying a new one for myself. Portable, easy to connect and lasts a long time. Gets decently loud too. 5 stars all the way. Give it a chance.
