best in protecting my computer from viruses and online purchases

I had been using Norton for quite a while before I heard about Kaspersky. Kaspersky is so much easier and wonderful to use. It's easy to check computer scans and it lets you know when you're close to ending. I recommend the program.

Bought the product and installed on a computer that had another brand virus protection, which also allowed a virus on my computer. It cleaned my system first time and no problem since. Also came with some nice security extra. A++++

I have been a loyal Kaspersky user for several years. It has kept us protected and up to date effortlessly. I hardly know its there, as it runs in the background.

Overall a great product. Bought for my wife's laptop. She installed it with no problem. While the updates took a while to download, that may have had more to do with our lousy internet speed.

This program does a pretty good job or keeping me virus free. Frequent updates but they don't affect my ability to work.

I have been getting Kaspersky internet security for the last three years and decided to upgrade to 3.0 since it was on sale. I am pleased with my purchase. Not only was installation simple, but I have more features to protect my computer. The system is constantly scanning for any virus or spyware. I like the two way firewall and password manager which helps a lot with all the passwords I have. When I am on the internet it warns me if it may be a harmful website, but gives me the option of going on the site if I wish to . Having this same protection on up to three pc's also is a plus, and I love the file shredder!

Purchased a box w/CD version at best buy. A bit overpriced for the 1 yr subscription/3 computer type ($89+tax). Suggest going with the online deal if you already have a subscription. (It's 60% off the reg price for 1 & 2 yr renews if you go that route). My particular version didn't want to install...this was the reason for the poor rating on installation above. Took it back and exchanged it for another box (CD). The second one installed correct and fast. This 3.0 version includes internet protection and virus protection. Like the new password manager/encrypter..makes remembering passwords a LOT easier. The new 'safe money" feature is awesome. When you go to web page that requires credit card info (like pay pal), kaspersky gives you option to open that "secured" page in new window that it secures itself through encryption. If the page is not secure it tells you. Also like the HUGE red warning window when a page is not safe (viruses, torjans, etc) and gives you the option to proceed or not. This saved me on an eddie bauer catalogue page that was always ok. Who would go on to an virus infected page anyway?? takes up a hefty chunk of hard drive space but worth the space for the added features (back up-set up, parental controls, repair and scans, password locker, safe money features, auto updates, recsue disk, file shredder, network mapping, data encryption, etc..). Overall "basically" worth the price for added features but take time to explore help for explaining how to use them before diving in (network mapping for home networks and data encryption especially). Sometimes changing settings can mess up the program/computer. I speak from experience, but Kaspersky good at reverting it back.

This program is very good for protection. It doesn't seem to update the coverage automatically and needs to be done manually. My only other gripe is it seems to take a long time for my computer to boot up since I installed the program.

I love this product. Easy to install & use. It tells me when I need to scan or if I have a virus that needs to be isolated and fixed. I recommend this product!

Switched computer protection sine the one I originally had had too many add ons. Like the simplicity of the program. Easier to use, finds more viruses.

Easy to install, it found weak areas that needed to be fix and it fixed, which I like it.

Ive been using kaspersky for years now.ive never got a virus etc using it and I got it for all my pc's and have my family and friends using it now.none of us has had any issues with this great product.serious don't even consider norton or mac afee they are trash and you will probably find viruses that they couldn't after running a full scan! I've seen it!

I've been using Kasperky since it came out and it is still the best protection available. Never had any virus issues while using it.

Works great but geeksquad billed me for another software and updated my account without my approval before I could install this on my computers. Now I have to get with them to straighten this out.

for someone technically challenged, this was a piece of cake to install; pretty good price to be able to install for 3 laptops

This product work's well, sets up easy, and does not slow up my computer. Yes I would recmmend this product.

Product protects computer great! used this for years and never had issues or viruses. Very easy to install and use.
